3、ding the following models ： 4-reflectors （ 734,L734,L734-II ） , 5-reflectors（ 735,L735,L735-II ） , 9 reflectors （739,L739,L739-II ） , 12 reflectors （7412,L7412,L7412-II ）and integrated lamp （ZMD 12+5, ZMD 12+5-II,L2000-6+3-II）.（Note: theintegrated lamp means the sort ofshadowlessoperation lamp which

4、 integrates themainlamp of 6-reflectorsor 12 reflectorslampand the supplementarylamp of3-reflectors or 5-reflectors lamp）For better use of our product, you are suggested to read this USERMANUALcarefully before operation.This manual comprises OPERATION MANUAL AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION .2. Applicati

5、on scopeThis product is mainly suitable for illuminating purpose in emergency room and operation room of medical unit.3. Structural featuresThere are movable and stationary types for your option.Where, the movabletype lamps with 4 reflectorsor 5 reflectors(verticaltype)mainly consists of lamp body,

6、upright post (including balancer and upper/lower post ) and bottom base.While the stationary type lamps with 5-reflectors (hanging type), 9 reflectors, 12 reflectors as well as integrated lamps comprise lamp body, balancer and rotating mechanism.24. Installation and debugging For movable type（ 1） in

7、stallation for bottom bracket and upright post1. connect the power lines （1）of bottom bracket with the power lines (2) of the lower post （Plug-in unit ）；2.Insert the lower-post into the base and use screw (3)to fix it completely；3.Connect the power line (4) of lower-post with power line (5)（ Plug-in

8、unit ）；4. Insert the upper post into lower one and use screw (6) to fix them completely.（ 2） Installation for lamp body1. Connect the power line (7) of balancer with power line (8) oflamp body （Plug-in unit ）；2. Insert the lamp bracket into horizontal pipe and screw down the setscrew (9) ；3. Fit on

9、the handle ；4. Fit on the dimming handle and use screw (10) to fix itcompletely (5-reflectors and vertical type）.（ 3） Debugging1. Adjust the damper on balancer to change the damping forceof the movement of lamp body；2. Adjust the locking knob to change the damping force that the lamp body rotates ar

10、ound the horizontal tube. For stationary-type（ 1） Installation requirements Requirements for bottom base1. Prepare for a proper installation base as the dimension indicated in installation diagram ；2. Where the installation base is required to contain the loading 500Kg above ；3. The height of ceilin

11、g of operation room is required to be at the range of2.95 3.05m, if the height is over 3.1m, a extensionrack is required to be3equipped, besides, a enough rigidity of extension rack is necessary to preventthe lamp body from swaying （ you may order this extension rack to our company ）. Electric insta

12、llation requirements1. The sectional area of wire(incoming line） is required to be not less than1.5 mm2；2. The protective ground wire must be connected stably without any loosening, while the bolt used for the connection of internal protectivegrounding must be screwed down completely in case any loo

13、sening emerges；3. The protective grounding point should be kept free without any mechanical connection, and not to fix any part unrelated to protective grounding ；4. The connection of protective grounding wire must be completed prior tothe power connection, and only after power off, the grounding wi

14、re is allowable to be cut off.5. if the power supply is selected as 220V10%, 50 1Hz, the fuse FU1,2 is recommended to adopt 1A ； while the power supply is selected as 110V5%,601Hz, it is recommended to choosefuse FU 1、 2 with 2A capacity （asshown in circuit diagram）(2) Installation for rotation mech

15、anism1. Use the adjusting nut to level up the locating plate(1)after mounted ontoinstallation base ；2. Connect the rotation mechanism with the installation base and use screw to fix it completely ；3. Connect the external power lines with the wire connection terminals (2)on rotation mechanism.(3) Ins

16、tallation for balancer1. Connect the straight-pipe wires (3) of balancer with the wires(4) at the top of transverse beam （ plug-in unit ）；2. Insert the straight-pipe into the top of beam and use screw (5) to fix it.(4) Installation for lamp body. 9-reflectors, 12-reflectors and integrated lamps(main

17、 lamp）41.Put the washer (7) onto fork shaft （one pcs ）and insert the whole intohole as the direction signon balancer and put another one washer（7）（one pcs ）onto the shaft.2.Fit on the bushing （6）and use screw(8) to fix ；3.Screw down the set screw（9）；4. Connect the spiral wire(10) on balancer with th

18、e female jack (11) on fork shaft ；5. Fit on the long lever handle and use screw (12) to fix.6. Put on the aseptic handle and aseptic dimming knob. Integrated lamp （supplementary lamp ）1. Connect the power wire （13）of lamp bracket with the power wire(14) of horizontal pipe （plug-in unit ）；2. Insert t

19、he lamp bracket into horizontal pipe and screw down set screw（ 15）；3. Fit on the tube of handle tube and fix it with screw（ 16）and then fit onthe handle.4. Put on the aseptic handle and aseptic dimming knob.（ 5） Adjustment1. Adjust the damper on balancer to acquire proper damping force of the travel

20、 of lamp body ；2. Adjust the locking knob on horizontal pipe to acquireproper dampingforce that the lamp body rotates around the horizontal pipe；3. Adjust the black decorative-covers at the two sides of lamp to regulate the damping force that the lamp rotates around lamp bracket.5. Operation and use

21、（ 1） For movable type1. Before operation, switch on the power, if the green indicator is on, it means the power has been turned on. Turn on the switch and regulate the lamp position as well as focal point of light spot. After operation, pull out theplug and cut off power ；2. The aseptic dimmingknob

22、is used to regulate the focal area of light5spot.3.The aseptic handle is mainly used to regulate the position of lamp and rotate the lamp around the lamp bracket.4. When move the whole lamp, move the lamp to middle (the same direction to the switch on lower post ）, then push or pull the upright post

23、 at the position 1m distance to ground.5. When move the whole lamp up and down, the gradient isrequired to be less than10.（ 2） For stationary type1. Before operation, switch on power and turn on switch, then regulate the lamp position as well as the focal point of light spot. After operation, turn o

24、ff theswitch and cut off the power；2. The long lever handle is used to rotate the lamp body around rotation mechanism or rotate the balancer or the move the lamp body up and down.During rotation, keep the lamp body away from collision；3. The short lever handle is used to rotate the lamp body around

25、the lamp bracket only ；4.The aseptic dimming knob is used to regulate the focal area；5. The aseptic adjusting knob is used to regulate the light intensity oflamp.6. Care and maintenance1) Before replace bulb or fuse, cut off the power supply and only after the bulb hasbeen confirmed to be cold down,

26、 the operation is allowable to carry on；2)Check each screw frequentlyto see if they are under good condition,if anyabnormal, screw down it immediately（quarterly ） .3) When the lamp head is not at the very position, you are suggested to adjust the damper and balance force to guarantee normal operatio

27、n.4) Clean the surface of lamp faceplate with glass cleaner.5) Before operation, it is recommended to use 75% alcoholic solution to clean the dimming handle to assure the cleanness which is required to comply with6“GB15982-1995 Hygienic standard for disinfection in hospitals ”. In addition, if want

28、to remove the dimming handle, just press handle button.6) After operation, use one soft cloth to clean the operation table.7. Matters need attention1) Only the professional is allowable to install this lamp, also all theconnections are required to be reliable ；2) Before power link, use one screwdriv

29、er to turn the power option switch to localvoltage and select one proper fuse. （1A FU 1、2for 220V10%,501Hz; 2 A FU1 、2for 110V5% 、 601Hz, as shown in circuit diagram）；3)The circuit breaker for stationary type lamps lies at the external position；4)Check the shadowless lamp regularly to see if it is u

30、nder normal condition,specially for each joint, in case cause drop due to the loosening of screws（ it isrequired to check one time every quarter by our company）；5)Before replace bulb or fuse, cut off the power；6) Using this lamp under the environment with flammable or explosive gas is prohibited.7)

31、Only the technician from our company or professional person is allowable tomaintain this lamp, otherwise, our company will be free from any responsibility for any damage caused by wrong operation.8) When replace the light fitting(such as bulb and fuse and stuff）, it is stronglyrecommendedto use the

32、same model or spec, for moreinformation,you maycontact out after service department.9) The warranty period for this shadowless lamp is ONE year since the purchasing date indicated on invoice, so hereby please fill in the return receipt and post to our company together with the copy of invoice to acq
