8、gn scholars in the wine culture research done more confined to a country, and there are less research in the British and Chinese wine culture comparison. 国内研究：高田田在中英酒文化的比较研究中，着眼于饮酒文化所反映出的社会行为，特别是两种文化背景下饮酒所采用的不同方式和目的以及表现出的不同状态从饮酒文化的视角，揭示了中英文化的差异性。刘溪尧在中国和英国之间的饮酒文化的比较通过介绍中英饮酒的历史及关联,和对中英两国在酒的历史、饮酒礼仪等方面的

9、叙述及分析,对中英酒文化进行对比,得出中英酒文化的同异其余则大多是研究中西方的酒文化差异，并没有细化到中英两国的对比。饶清清的中西酒文化差异比较论述了中西酒文化差异,比较中国和英国之间的饮酒文化。目前国内学者们对中英酒文化对比的研究较少，其中剖析中英两国酒文化差异原因的研究更少。在本研究中，将对中英两国酒的起源、酒杯、酒种、饮酒目的、饮酒礼仪进行详细的介绍，剖析导致中英酒文化差异的根本原因，进而深入了解中国和英国文化的不同内涵及表现形式。有助于扩大读者的文化视野，提高跨文化交际意识，在全球化浪潮中实现有效交流。 Domestic study: Gao Tiantian revealed in

10、the “A Comparative Study on Differences of Drinking Culture Between China and Britain”, reveals the differences between Chinese and British cultures from the perspective of drinking culture, different from previous studies, this paper focus on the social behavior of drinking culture reflected, espec

11、ially the two cultural backgrounds of the different ways of drinking and show the different state. Most of the rest is the study of comparative on differences between east and west wine culture, and did not refine the comparison between China and Britain. The researches of the contrastive study on B

12、ritish and Chinese wine culture are quite few by now. and there is less research on the causes of wine culture differences between China and Britain. This paer will introduce and discuss the origins of Chinese and British wine cup, the kinds of wine, drinking purposes, drinking etiquette, analyze th
