54、arge for the in spect ion fee legally, some laws have explicitly stipulated and methods to the inspection and quarantine authorities charg ing for the in spect ion fee. Charg ing for the in spect ion fee legally is one of en forceme nt actions that the in specti on and quara nti ne orga ns carry out
