1、工作报告公司领导*总经理、*经理：你们好！基于公司的认可我于2012年6月12日到广州*装饰工程有限公 司行政人事部工作。在*经理的领导下，主要负责公司行政、人事、 工程资料管理等办公室方面的工作。回顾任职期间，有很多感慨。首 先感谢公司领导及各位同事的支持，提供新的平台让我工作能力得到 了锻炼与提高。现将我个人任职以来的履行职责、 存在的问题以及我 的未来工作计划向你们汇报，请各位指正。一、岗位说明。1. 公司行政后勤管理工作2办公室日常事务3. 公司人事管理事务4. 公司资料备份、管理5. 公司其它临时工作。二、履行职责，积极开展工作具体完成以下各项工作。（一）制定、完善公司相关规章制度以

2、及行政事务1. 公司组织架构图。（已完成）2. 公司新考勤制度。（已完成，试行中）3. 办公室管理处罚条例（已完成，试行中）4. 公司档案管理暂行条例（已完成，试行中）5. 公司用车管理制度。（已完成，试行中）6. 公司用公章管理制度。（已完成）7. 公司会议制度（已完成）。负责公司各种会议安排。（常态工作） 8负责全公司员工、部门每周、每月的工作报告收集、整理和备 案工作。（常态工作）9. 负责组织策划公司各种活动。目前正规划2012年度公司员工旅 游相关活动，（工作进行中）10. 日常行政工作。包括邮件接收管理、人员来往接待、办公室日 常保洁维护、报纸、纸张、饮用水订用、办公设备维护、公办

3、用 品采购、管理和发放、办公室办公环境和次序的维护等。（常态工 作）11. 固定资产管理。入职后对公司部份固定资产登记、入库。但在 此之前的公司固定资产核对和更新工作未完成，因与张全慧交接 工作未全成。（工作进行中）12. 公司各部门及人员信息协调、交接转换口。有时做领导与员 工信息交换、协调相关工作。（常态工作）13. 其他临时交办工作。（常态工作）（二）现有人事人力资源的工作和未来计划1. 协助余经理做好公司目前的人力资源配置工作，为招聘、人员 合理配置、定岗职责、人事决策等提供准备。这项工作也将是下半年行政人事部工作重点。（部份工作已进行中）2.根据公司发展规划，提出与之相匹配的的人力资

4、源规划。（此为工作设想，根据公司实际情况而定）3. 培训：（1）.根据现有员工工作能力、职责等情况根据实际计划已制订的员工培训教育管理办法、流程及相关表单。（计划工作）（2）.计划制作一份新进员工培训教材。（计划工作）（3）.计划建立培训档案。（计划工作） 计划公司部门主管或相关人员每年作 12次培训。培训内容根据实际工作需要而定。（计划工作）4. 绩效考核：（1）.依据公司组织架构图制定岗位职责、岗位说明书。这是下半年工作重点。（计划工作）（2）.协助*经理制定、推行新的绩效考核标准。这是下半年工作 之一。5. 完善公司用工劳动关系，尽快完成与员工签订用工劳动合同的工作。近期工作之一。（部份

5、工作进行中）（三）资料备份、存档工作1. 依据公司档案管理暂行条例做好入职以来资料存档、备份和管理工作。（常态工作）2. 与合约部、材料部、项目部合作将以往资料重新整理、存档。这是未来工作之一。（部份工作进行中）3. 做好已存资料的借阅、保存等工作。（常态工作） 三、工作中存在的问题和建议1.工作量大，涉及面广，大量繁杂琐碎的事务性工作束缚，有的 工作只是完成在表面，缺乏深入。例如：公司新员工增补社保的事，由于一直没时间都无法跟进。这方面的工作过去一直是*公司带我们公司人员去办理，但近期他们公司没这方面工作，只能 是我们自己去了解、解决，因为没时间这工作一直未进行。希望 公司考虑增加行政工作人

6、员，提高工作质量。2. 与同事、部门之间沟通、协调方面还不够，需进一步加强交流。 建议定期不固定的方式聚集所有同事，在轻松、自然、非办公的 方式就工作问题大家畅所欲言。3. 加强部门、同事相互支持、协助的团队意识；明确工作目标、工 作方式，提高工作效率。建议经常组织大家学习，包括工作态度、工作技能等方面，对于好的工作方式、方法拿出来和大家分享， 公司给予鼓励和一定奖励。4. 目前公司制度规章是有了，但执行力度弱。如果能坚持各项制 度的落实，如考勤制度，会议制度，人事纪律，办公室管理秩序 等会减轻管理压力和成本。制度是一种刚性的东西，但用制度管 理人，用纪律约束人才能形成良性循环的管理模式，而人

7、性化管 理又是这种刚性管理的润滑剂，所以，在日常工作中，在坚持执 行制度的同时还要关心同事生活，想其所想，为员工生活、工作 多创造有利条件，让员工有企业归属感，激发同事安心本职、奉 献本职的积极性。个人建议供公司领导参考。四、今后工作重点及努力方向根据公司发展以及下半年工作重点转移，由原来装饰装修工程业 务逐渐向土建工程过渡，由原来承包多个单一小型业务向大型长期稳 定工程项目承包变化，行政部将发挥承上启下、协调左右、联络内外 的中间作用将配合公司转型和发展做好准备。 将在人员配置增加、岗 位设置、员工薪酬待遇规范化；后勤保障规划和准备等做好准备。工 作方向：1、 较好完成上传下达工作，确保公司

8、各项决定得以实施落实 ； 同时也反应员工普遍建议异议。2、做本职工作。由于办公室工作是比较繁杂和比较辛苦的，很 多时候都是默默无闻的“配角”工作和“地下”工作，因此更需行政 人员的职业责任感，提高工作、业务办事能力。3、做好协助工作，为各部门服务，保障大家工作能顺畅进行。人常说“空谈无益，实干兴邦”在今后的工作中，我将坚持落 实各项工作，集思广益，听取每位同事良言，加强沟通、理解和 包容，同时不断拓展自身能力，提高工作效率，完善工作质量， 为公司部门做好各项后勤保障工作，请公司领导和同事们给予信 任和支持，谢谢！紫衣2012-8-8Whe n you are old and grey and
