Classification of the receptors On the bases of the location and the origin of the senses, they may be divided into three kinds. 1. exteroceptors (外受器)外受器) skin, mucous pain, temperature, membrane of touch, pressure , the nasal and olfaction and oral cavities. taste. visual orga

The bony labyrinth The semicircular canals, three in number. The planes which they lie are at an right angle with one another. Each canal has two crura, o
