9、业有限公司监理单位：南京工大建设监理咨询有限公司设计单位：上海市新华建筑设计院有限公司施工单位：中国建筑技术集团有限公司华东分公司欧尚宁波新星店是宁波颐莫尚置业有限公司在宁波市海曙区环城西路和新星路路口新建一大型广场，建设项目建筑面积m2，其中地下建筑面积53149m2,地上建筑面积73799m2；结构类型为现浇钢筋砼结构。本工程为弧形设计，楼内的装修设计也处处表现出弧形的造型设计，吊顶造型、玻璃隔墙、卫生间墙面、部分门及门套等全部为弧形。部分弧形装饰项目是根据现场尺寸，套模后由工厂加工制作现场安装的，如grg造型，弧形玻璃、不锈钢等。对于吊顶造型，弧形墙面等则需要现场放线制作完成。在施工过程

14、设备管理、现场安全管理、工作质量、工作进度以及测量技术资料的编制；(2)测量放线工2名，负责测量放线操作。2.设备配置电子经纬仪、激光水准仪、激光经纬仪、钢尺、盒尺。3.放线前技术准备(1)施工人员于施工前，由施工技术人员现场进行技术交底，依据设计图纸用墨线划出装修物的位置，经技术人员勘查无误后，方可进行施工，一切尺寸准确性以图纸设计为准。(2)施工人员必须仔细熟悉图纸尺寸要求，若发现现场尺寸与图纸间存在偏差，应通知项目技术人员进行处理。4.精装修工程精确放线(1)根据吊顶平面图纸进行计算、测定、编制天花造型坐标定位，并标示在专用放线图纸和现场结构楼地面上。(2)天花吊点布设时严格避让结构预应

19、线已备查验。(6)灯具、风口、广播喇叭喷淋、开关面板等需均匀布置均匀、安排合理布置,均需要放线完成安排布置工作。(7)墙面造型的分割交接的位置均需放线确认。(8)在总平面中按功能要求分区域及平面轴线及结构几何尺寸定位。(9)根据立面图的设计要求，采用水准仪标识，水平管定位法，标出各功能区域的实际标高定位。(10)以立面图的分格及造型设计，在施工立面以实际发生的尺寸分配定位放线。(11)门边线、石材等处都弹出边线和所有待加工的内径控制线。四、质量控制1.质量过程控制(1)测量主管按照施工进度和测量方案要求，安排现场测量放线工作，并作好施工测量日志；(2)现场使用的测量仪器设备根据公司测量仪器使用

24、anificance进行自检，自检中发现不合格项立即进行改正，直到全部合格，并填好自检记录。(2)互检：由承包单位施工负责人或质量检查员组织进行质量检查，发现不合格项立即改正至合格。(3)交接检：由施工负责人或质量检查员组织进行，上道工序合格后移交给下道工序，交接双方及见证单位在交接记录上签字，并注明日期。3.标高控制（1）由于沉降等原因，首层地面标高可能与设计图纸不符，根据已校核的水准点，测设首层0.000标高，并以此标高为基准进行标高的竖向传递。（2）首层各段的标高控制点为4个，以利于闭合校差。（3）标高的传递方式采用在塔吊处进行传递，传递到各层的三个标高点应先进行校核，校差不得大于3mm

29、fmethodanificance测表项目水平线精度要求1、每3m两端高差小于1mm;（室内、室外）2、同一条水平线的标高允许误差为3mm。室内经纬仪两次投测校差小于2mm铅垂线室外高于1/30004.轴线控制：根据施工组织设计，对楼层进行网状控制，设置轴线6a、10a、14a、18a轴，ua、pa、la、ka、fa、ba、ca、5、10、15、p轴离轴线1m为控制轴线。精装修施工，以原有控制轴线为准引放其他墙体位置线，标记清楚，经自检合格后。申请建设单位、监理验线，检查验收合格后，方可进行下道工序。五、安全文明施工(1)测量人员进入施工现场时首先进行安全交底，正确佩带安全帽等劳动保护用品；施
