14、夹紧装置进行翼板和腹板初步夹紧定位,由主动输入辊道将工件输入主机,主机上事先调整好腹板和翼板基准尺寸,也就是可将工件准确定位点焊,然后自动循环按钮,进行头部定位点焊,然后将点好的H型钢用龙门吊吊离组对机后,进入下一道工序。H型钢组对机是保证H型钢技术参数的重要设备,主要由四个大型传动机构组成,具体包括:腹板上压轮传动机构、翼板左右定位夹紧机构、腹板左右定位夹紧机构及输入输出辊道传动机构等。腹板上压轮传动机构采用液压夹紧,使用的动力由液压缸传递至上压轮,上压轮外部中心处采用V型槽设计,能确保规定范围内不同宽窄的腹板定位准确和自动对中准确,不需要每次重新调整;上压轮内部采用推力轴承,不仅能方便H型钢在辊道上传输,还可使H型钢腹板在传输时能够充分接触到翼板, 对于H型钢截面高度尺寸的保证,起到了重要作用。通过大量的操作实例证明,包括H型钢自动组对机和门式埋弧焊在内大量先进的仪器设备的应用,节约了成本,减少了工期,保证了质量的可靠行,确保无安全隐患等。韶钢合金钢、优质钢棒材轧机改建工程的3000t焊接H型钢应用了新型的仪器设备,H型钢焊接合格率达到99%,大大的提高了制作质
