2012届英语系毕业论文选题题目及范围

1、毕业论文选题要求及选题范围选题是毕业论文撰写的第一步,也是论文成败的关键。正确而又适中的题目,可以起到事半功倍的作用,对成功撰写毕业论文具有重要意义。学生选题时应主要从以下方面考虑：一、选题原则：1. 论文选题应符合教学大纲的基本要求，必须体现专业训练的基本内容，必须与所学的专业知识相衔接。课题应具有专业性和典型性。结合外语专业的教学内容选择典型的、有意义的课题，使之能综合反映本专业课程某方面的基础理论、基础知识和技能。2. 在论文选题时要充分考虑学生自身的语言能力、知识构成和专业兴趣、时间的限制性。课题应尽量结合实际，按照教学大纲等要求，选择与社会实际相结合的课题，也可吸收学生参与教师已立项

2、课题的实际研究。3. 论文选题的类型应多种多样，以便锻炼和培养学生的探索和钻研能力，以适应未来社会的要求。选题一定要具有一定的深度和难度，使毕业论文不仅限于学生所学知识的基本应用，还应当是所学知识和能力的进一步深化和提高，让学生在撰写论文的过程中，逐步具备正确的思想方法和较强的思维能力。二、选题要求：1. 论文选题应采取“小题大做”的原则，即对相对集中和具体的小课题，作认真细致、全面深入的分析研究。一般来说，论文题目宜小不宜大。因为题目过大，就需要掌握大量的综合性材料，容易造成材料堆积或过于散乱，更无从深入细致地思考，最终形成的论文只能是言之无物、毫无价值。应在资料占有达到一定数量时集中一段时

3、间进行比较和鉴别，在消化已有资料的过程中，充分发挥自己的科研能力，提出问题，寻找适中的研究课题。2. 题目的难易要适度。选题时要量力而行，客观地分析和估计自己的知识储备情况和分析问题的能力。学生通过选题可以培养自己的科学研究能力，能对所研究的问题由感性认识上升到理性认识，提高思维能力和解决实际问题的能力。与其他专业的毕业论文不同，英语专业的毕业论文是用英语写作的，它对语言表达的正确性有一定的要求。但如果选题把握不好，难度超过了自己的能力范围，一旦盲目动笔，很可能陷入中途写不下去的被动境地。相反，如果具备了一定的写作能力和条件，却将论文题目选得过于容易，这样也不能反映出自己的真实水平，而且也达不
