1、弹簧式安全阀安装、使用说明书INSTALLATION AND USAGE MANUAL FORTHE SPRING SAFETY VALVE杭州华惠阀门有限公司杭州阀门厂HANGZHOU WORLDWISE VALVE CO.,LTDHANGZHOU VALVE FACTORYSTAND:AUG ,2008弹簧式中、低压和次高压系列安全阀是我公司自行研制开发的主导产品之一,使用至今越来越受广大顾客的欢迎。为了使各行业的顾客能更好地了解和使用我公司的系列安全阀,特制定本说明书,以便于安全阀的安装和使用。Series Spring Safety Valve(spring style) in low

For better understanding and usage of the series safety valve, this manual explains the terms of installation and operation.一、 安全阀的结构简介Safety Valve Structural Introduction1以下的结构图示中: The following figures denote

5、须进行彻底的清管吹扫处理。Be sure blow-clean the pipe before installation.安全阀必须竖直安装,入口管的内径不小于安全阀的入口通径,并要有必要的支撑(见图7)The safety valve should be installed vertically, the inner-diameter of the inlet pipe should be more than the valves nominal diameter, the valve should be supported.(Refer to Figure 7) 图7Figure 7出口排

6、放管的内径应不小于安全阀的出口通径,排放的阻力应尽可能小,一般阻力压降小于整定压力的10。The inner-diameter of the discharging pipe should be more than the outlet nominal diameter of the safety valve. Discharge resistance should be as less as possible, resistance differential generally is less than 10% set pressure.排放管最低位置须安装疏水管,并且是单独的,禁止与其他疏

7、水管相互串联。A single water draining pipe should be installed at the bottom of the discharging pipe, no cross-connection with other pipe is allowed.当阀门配有水压压紧螺钉时,阀门参与容器或管路系统的水压试验时,可利用该螺钉按图示的方法旋在阀帽上以顶住阀杆,阻止阀门开启。水压试验完毕后应将该螺钉从阀帽上旋下,如果可能最好勿将阀门参与容器或管路系统的水压试验。If the safety valve with screwed nail participate the

8、 hydraulic test for the pressure vessel or pipe-line , rotate the nail to press the valve stem to avoid the valve opening. Remove the nail from the valve cap after test. the best method is the valve not participating the hydraulic test for the pressure vessel or pipe-line.在现场安装过程中,对阀门入口端的连接需特别注意(见图8

9、)。在入口端随安全阀附带了一件密封垫(柔性石墨复合垫),或者自配的入口处垫片其实际起密封作用的内、外圆应符合图8的要求,且须将此密封垫与安全阀的入口法兰端面对中心放置,目的将阀底座的一条配合间隙缝封堵掉。在与配对法兰安装中要特别注意密封垫不能偏离中心,否则,介质将绕过密封垫通过配合间隙缝泄漏到阀门的出口端,而这个泄漏点常被误认为是安全阀的密封面泄漏。 Pay more attention to the inlet flange connection during installation (see Figure 8). A sealing gasket (soft graphite compl

10、ex gasket) for the valve inlet flange should be concentrated to the inner and outside circles as shown in Figure 8 to shut the mated nap to avoid any leakage which is usually regarded as valve sealing leakage.同样高颈凹、凸面法兰相配合连接(见图9),其随安全阀附带了一件密封垫(柔性石墨复合垫),或者自配的垫实际起密封作用的内、外圆应符合图9的要求,目的将阀底座的一条配合间隙缝封堵掉。A

11、sealing gasket (soft graphite complex gasket) is also supplied for the connection of male and female neck flange (see Figure 9). The gasket should be concentrated to the inner and outside circles as shown in Figure 9 to shut the nap to avoid any leakage. 图8 图9 Figure 8 Figure 92使用 Usage应根据压力、温度、介质和排

12、量等参数选择使用正确的阀门型号和规格。当介质温度在350以上时,应选用带隔热架结构的安全阀。Make sure to select correct valve type according to the specifications as pressure、temperature 、medium and discharge volume. A radiating safety valve should be selected if the medium temperature is more than 350.3调整 Adjustment 阀门起跳(整定)压力的调整可利用阀帽内的调节螺套顺、逆

13、时针旋转来调整(见图10)。顺时针旋转可提高起跳压力,反之降低起跳压力。在调整起跳(整定)压力时,必须降低安全阀入口端的压力,降低的数值一般为起跳(整定)压力的50以下,并且要求有培训合格的专业人员进行。The valve set pressure can be adjusted by rotating the adjusting sleeve inside the valve cap in clockwise or counter-clockwise direction (see Figure 10). Clockwise rotating makes the set pressure hi

14、gh, otherwise low. Pressure to the safety valve should be deducted (50% of the set pressure normally) before set pressure adjusting, and adjusted by specialized engineers. 图10 Figure 10 排放、回座压力(性能指标)的调整可利用体腔内的调节圈经顺、逆时针旋转来调整,具体调整方法如下:Discharging and blow-off pressure can be adjusted by rotating the a

15、djusting ring inside the valve body in clockwise or counter-clockwise direction as follows:a) 首先应降低阀门入口压力;Deduct the inlet pressure to the safety valve;b) 拆除螺帽及螺帽内的紧定螺钉,当使用中、低压产品的单调节圈结构时(见图11),用螺丝刀等工具顺时针旋转调节圈(圈下移)可提高回座压力和排放压力,帮助阀门及时回座。反之降低回座压力和排放压力,也不利于回座。当使用次高压产品的双调节圈结构时(见图12),上圈逆时图11 图12 Figure 11

16、 Figure 12 针旋转(圈上移)可提高排放压力和回座压力,有利于阀门回座。反之降低排放压力和回座压力。下圈顺时针旋转(圈下移)可提高回座压力和排放压力,也有利于阀及时回座。反之则降低回座压力和排放压力; Dismiss the screwed cap and the locked nail inside the cap, for single adjusting ring of low、middle pressure safety valve (see Figure 11), raise discharging and blow-off pressure by rotating the

17、ring in clockwise direction (the ring moves down), otherwise reduce. For double adjusting rings of sub-high safety valve (see Figure 12), raise the discharging and blow-off pressure by rotating the upper ring in counter-clockwise direction (the ring moves up), otherwise reduce. Raise the discharging

18、 and blow-off pressure by rotating the lower ring in clockwise direction (the ring moves down), otherwise reduce.c) 装回固定调节圈的紧定螺钉,必须要将螺钉的头部顶入调节圈的齿槽中,且用螺母进行锁紧,但不能对调节圈产生一个径向力;When the screwed nail of the adjusting ring returned, be sure the top inset to the tooth groove and locked by nut, but no vertic

19、al force caused to the adjusting ring.d) 调整完毕,阀门入口端可逐渐升压,直致阀门起跳开启动作,根据动作结果来判断是否要作进一步调整。Raise the pressure gradually after adjustment till the valve works, any further adjustment can be decided by working condition.三、 日常检修Maintenance and Amendment 1要经常检查安全阀的密封性能以及与管道相连接处的密封性; Check the valves sealing

20、 performance and pipe connection statement periodically.2在运行中安全阀有起跳动作时,检查有无异常情况,并进行记录; Check and make records after the safety valve works. 3发现安全阀不正常(泄漏或其它故障)时,应及时检修或更换; Repair or alter the safety valve if any leakage or other barrier occurs. 4锅炉运行中,安全阀需应定期进行手动排放试验,锅炉停止使用 后又重新启用时,安全阀也需要进行手动排放试验。 The

21、 safety valve should be discharging-tested by hand periodically during boiler working or re-working.四、 常见故障及排除方法Barriers and their elimination 1阀门泄漏:在设备正常工作压力下,阀瓣与阀座密封面间发生超过允许值的泄漏。 Valve leakage: leakage caused by over-pressured steam through the sealing surface in normal working pressure.a) 密封面上有脏物

22、。可用提升扳手将阀门开启几次,把脏物冲去;Objects on the sealing surface. Open the valve by hand for times to rush the objects;b) 密封面损伤。可采用研磨或车削并研磨的方法加以修复,修复后保证密封面的平整度和粗糙度;Damage on the sealing surface. Polish or machine the surface to keep the flatness and roughness.c) 由于装配不当或管道载荷等因素,使阀门零件的同轴度受到破坏。应重新装配或排除管道的附加载荷;Conce

23、ntration of the valve parts damaged by mis-assembly or pipe loading. Reassembly the valve or eliminate the additional pipe loading.d) 阀门整定压力与设备正常工作压力太接近。应根据设备强度条件对开启压力进行适当的调整;The valve set pressure is too close to the normal working pressure. Readjust the valve set pressure and pay attention to equi

24、pments strength.e) 由于高温介质腐蚀等原因所造成的弹簧松弛而使开启压力降低并引起阀门泄漏,应根据原因采取更换弹簧。Leakage caused by spring loosen by corrosion and the set pressure deducted. Change the valve spring. 2安全阀动作不灵活:是指开启、回座时动作不灵活,或开启后不回座等现象。 Slow operation: slow discharging or blow-down operation or non-backseat after discharge.a) 调节圈位置失

25、当,致使阀门开启过程拖长或回座迟缓,应重新加以调整;Discharging en-longed or slow backseating caused by incorrect adjusting ring position, readjust it.b) 内部运动零件有碰伤或有毛刺等缺陷,应更换零件。Caused by any active parts inside the valve or defects as furs etc. alter the parts.3整定压力值变化:允许偏差值按照GB/T12243-2005标准的规定。 Set pressure value changed:

26、the allowable tolerance to standard DB/T12243-2005.a) 工作温度的变化,因阀门是在常温下调整的,可以通过调节螺套加以调整,如属于选型不当则应更换型号;As the safety valve is adjusted in atmospheric temperature, when the working temperature rises, the valve set pressure value might change, it can be readjusted by rotating the adjusting sleeve. Alter

27、 the valve if incorrect valve type chosen. b) 弹簧腐蚀,当介质具有强腐蚀性的场合,应调换弹簧,或选用其他结构的安全阀;Spring corroded if the working situation is corrosive, change the spring or choose other correct valve type.c) 背压的影响变化量较大时,应选用背压平衡式安全阀;Choose a balanced safety valve if the back-pressure unstable.d) 阀门内部运动零件有卡阻现象,应检查消除

28、之。Active parts inside the valve blocked, check and eliminate it.4阀门频跳 Frequent discharginga) 阀门通径选择不当;Incorrect valve diameter chosen;b) 进口管口径太小或阻力太大;Inlet pipe diameter lessen or high resistance;c) 排放管道阻力过大;High resistance inside the discharging pipe;d) 弹簧刚度太大;The spring too steely.e) 调节圈位置不当,使回座压力

29、过高。 Incorrect adjusting ring position causes high blow-down pressure.五、 定期检查Periodical inspection1安全阀安装是否正确; Be sure the safety valve installed correctly;2安全阀的资料是否齐全(铭牌、质量证明文件、安装号、校验记录及报告); Complete documents for the safety valve(name plate、quality certificates、tag No.、check and test records、reports

30、 etc.);3安全阀外部调节机构的铅封是否完好; Complete Pb-sealing for the valve driver;4有无影响安全阀正常功能的因素; Be sure no other elements which might affect the valves normal operation;5必须设置截断阀的情况时,其安全阀进口前和出口后的截断阀铅封是否完好并且处于正常开启位置; Be sure complete Pb-sealing for the stop valves which are necessarily needed and installed prior

31、to the valve inlet and behind the valve outlet. The stop valves should be in open state;6安全阀有无泄漏; No leakage from the safety valve;7安全阀外表有无腐蚀情况; No corrosion for the safety valve;8为波纹管设置的泄出孔应当敞开和清洁; The vent hole for the corrugated pipe should be open and clean;9提升装置(扳手)动作有效,并且处于适当位置; Be sure the sp

32、anner effective and be in correct position;10安全阀外部相关附件完整无损并且正常。 Any auxiliaries for the safety valve should be completed and work normally.六、 执行的标准规范 Standards and specifications1阀门设计制造按GB/T 12243弹簧直接载荷式安全阀标准的规定;Designed and manufactured to GB/T12243 (Spring Loaded Safety Valve)2阀门密封泄漏率考核按API 527泄压阀

33、的阀座密封度标准的规定; Leakage to API 527 (Valve Seat Sealing for Discharging Valve)3阀门规格和选择按GB/T 12241安全阀 一般要求标准的规定; Valve type selection to GB/T12241 (Safety Valve General Requirements)4阀门连接按GB/T 9113钢制管法兰或JB/T 79.1和JB/T 79.2整体钢制管法兰以及GB/T 12224钢制阀门 一般要求标准的规定。 Valve connections to GB/T9113 (Steel Pipe Flange
