精品文档1, BackgroundSince 2015, I have been engaged in data mining research. After two years of hard study in my postgraduate period, I have achieved a good theoretical basis and experimental skills.Specifically, during this period, I participated in a project of research and development a Crowdsourcing platform for medical data mining. Through several professional algorithms, like Apriori, we will find the largest and most reliable annotation by analyzing annotations of medical images, then we can also use ontology to point out the new knowledge and expand the knowledge base. These studies have improved my ability to research and make me more interested in medical data processing. I want to improve my skills in this field. Therefore, I am honored that I can study in this field at the University of Lyon, under the supervisionof Dr. OUZROUT.2, My choice of studying in FranceUniversity of Lyon is located in the third largest city in France, the famous historical and cultural city - Lyon, where has many chinese students, good security and climate suitable for us to live. The DISP Lab is the largest laboratory in the field of informatics at Lyon University and is also at the top of world in decision-making and system information design. University of Lyon is one of the Super University in France, is also member of European top university alliance - Coimbra Group. This university has 11 colleges and the French National Research Center and 17 doctoral schools, these institutions assume the University of Lyons main teaching, and research tasks. In addition, through the cooperation with the China Scholarship Council, University of Lyon many received many chinese doctors in recent years, because of its rich scientific atmosphere and advanced teaching ideas.The above information shows that such a top world famous school is the best choice for studying abroad.3, My overall educational goal3.1, Learning purposeThrough the development of data mining in the medical field of application, to enhance my technical level; to narrow the gap between China and the worlds most advanced research units in this filed. At the same time, I hope to help the hospital to have a better management of beds, and thus provide a better medical service for patients. I will publish more than three articles in internationally renowned journals during the doctoral period. The financial support from the China Scholarship Council will be also mentioned in all publications.3.2, PlanThis project will focus on data extraction and data mining. The specific research is divided into three steps:- Propose a large-scale dynamic feature extraction model for fuzzy attribute extraction and fuzzy dimensionality reduction.- Reduce fuzzy error and inconsistencies of fuzzy transmission error by establishing fuzzy membership function and probability density function. - Implement the related algorithms to perform model analysis.To achieve these 3 steps, I plan to finish in 3 years.- 0-4 months: Familiar with the new environment as soon as possible, read the literature, understand the new research topics, sort out research ideas and under the supervision of Dr. OUZROUT to complete the opening report.- 5-10 months: Propose a large-scale dynamic feature extraction model for fuzzy attribute extraction and fuzzy dimensionality reduction.- 11-18 months: Reduce fuzzy error and inconsistencies of fuzzy transmission error by establishing fuzzy membership function and probability density function; - 19-25 months: Implement the related algorithms to perform model analysis.- 26-36 months:Edit the research results, then publish in international academic journals;finish the thesis and participate in doctoral thesis defense on time.4, Career ObjectiveAfter graduation, I intend to return to China and begin my work towards contributing to the development in data mining on medical in my country. Although there are numerous efforts towards addressing this issue, the number of specialists in this field of expertise is still sparse in China. This raises the necessity for a new breed of successful and skilled professionals to lead in the creation of this system. As a passionate and creative individual, I believe I am well-suited to contribute
