(Section A 2d-3c) 一、教学目标: 1. 语言知识目标:1) 学习掌握下列词汇:get on with; relation, communication, argue, cloud, elder, instead, whatever, nervous, offer, proper, secondly, communication, explain, clear 2)掌握以下句型:My problem is I cant get on with my family。 Its normal to have these feelings。2. 技能目标1)能读懂描述他人问题并提出合理建议的文章。2)能就他人的建议表达自己的看法。3.情感目标:学会用积极的心态理性地去面对并解决生活中不如意的问题。 二、教学重难点1. 教学重点:1) 掌握本部分出现的生词和词组,达到熟练运用的目标。2) 阅读短文,获得相关的信息。通过阅读练习,来提高阅读能力。2. 教学难点:根据上下文理解并运用所学的词汇,。三、教学过程Do you like bears? Now look at the bear. Whats the matter with him? What should he do?Step 1 RevisionWe should help the people who are in trouble. Look at the girl. Whats the matter? Some Ss give some problems. Other Ss give advice. Problems and advice:1. I have to study too much so I dont get enough sleep. Why dont you go to sleep earlier this evening? 2. I had a fight with my best friend. You could call him up and say sorry to him.Do you remember Kim? Read 2d and find the answers.1. What s the matter with Kim?2. What should he do? Step 2 Lead in Look at the little boy. He is Steven. He likes reading very much and he likes playing computer games with his elder brother. Could you give me some advice ?(通过叙述Steven的故事,来学习生词)。Step 3Reading1Skimming:Work on 3a: Tell Ss to read the article in 3a quickly and try to find the answers to these questions: 1. What are the two letters about?A. Problems and advice.B Likes and dislike.2. Who wrote these two letters /?方法指导:带着问题,然后快速阅读短文,争取在较短的时间内,找到答案。学生们,按老师指导的方法进行阅读,并快速回答这两个问题。最后,教师让部分学生回答答案,并校对答案。2. Scanning :Lead students scan letter and answer more detail questions。1. Careful readingGo over the first letter again and fill in the mind-mapping.4. Scanning Read the reply from Robert Hunt1).What does Robert Hunt think about the problems ?Its normal to have these feelings.2).Whats his advice?Why not talk about these feelings with his family?3.)Whats his hope?He hopes things will be better soon.5. Reading up :Ss read the article again and solve the problems they have in groups .Teacher offer help if necessary .Step 4 Free talk : Can you get on with your family? What problems do you have in your life? Discuss with your parter and give some advice.Step 5 : Use some words.
