中国地质大学长城学院 本科毕业设计外文资料翻译 系 别 : 工程技术系 专 业 : 机械设计制造及其自动化 姓 名 : 刘旭鹏 学 号 : 05211522 2015 年 1 月 20 日 1 外文资料翻译译文 全封闭单托辊带式输送机是有挠性输送带作为物料承载件和牵引件的连续输送全封闭设备,根据摩擦原理,由传动滚筒带动输送带,可以再水平方向和倾斜不大的方向运送散碎物 品,其特点是结构全封闭、输送能力大、功耗小、结构简单、维修方便、费用低、对物料实用性强、用途广泛,是一种理想的输送机械,在粮食流通,仓储领域里有大量的应用。根据输送工艺要求,单托辊全封闭带式输送机可以单台输送,也可多台组成或与其他输送设备组成水平或倾斜的输送系统,以满足不同布置形式的作业线需要。该设备可在环境温度 -20至 +40范围内使用,输送物料的温度在 50以下。 全封闭单托辊带式输送机由机头部分、机身部分、机尾部分、输送带和现场安全装置组成。( 1)、机头部分是进行运输作业的核心部位,主要包括电动机、 减速机、液力耦合器、联轴器、主传动滚筒、清扫器和机头架等装置。皮带机头部主要为物流运输提供动力,通过滚筒来作为运输动力来完成物料的运送。 ( 2)、机身部分包括托辊、机架等,用于带动和支撑输送皮带。在带式输送机中,托辊的作用是支撑输送带、减少输送带运动阻力,并使输送带的垂度不超过一定限度,以保证运送带平稳运行。机架是运输机的支撑架,用于支撑托辊、输送带,以保证胶带运输机的正常运行。输送机的机架类型由输送机的类型决定。( 3)、皮带运输机机尾一般由壳体、轴承、无挡边空心筒式从动辊和张紧装置 4大部分组成。 针 对普通托辊输送机在实际使用过程中的缺点,我们重点在单托辊的设计、喂料斗的设计、清扫回料装置的设计、张紧装置的设计以及密封结构的设计等方面做了优化创新,以延长皮带机配件的使用寿命、增加皮带机运行的稳定性以及强化整机的密封性。传统的皮带输送机设计理念是皮带和托辊的线速度一致,皮带和托辊摩擦力小,因此,传统皮带输送机在同一轴上的托辊直径是一致的,新的单托辊皮带输送机设计理念认为在同一轴上的托辊直径可以不一致,这种设计理念的创新带来了皮带输送机的革命。 单托辊旋转所需的力量通过皮带和托辊的摩擦传递给托辊,皮带和托辊 摩擦力的大小决定单托辊皮带机的性能。在一定的速度下,皮带和托辊摩擦力越小,产量越小。在最理想的状态下,输送带的运行阻力会较小,产量最大。因此,单托辊的创新设计时间上就是在一定的带速下合理的选择托辊的参数,以达到最佳的效果。 张紧装置的设计也是重点,张紧装置的作用一是保证输送带有足够的张力,使滚筒与输送带之间产生必要的的摩擦力;二是限制输送带在各支撑托辊间的垂度,使胶带输送机能正常工作。密封装置的主要作用是防风、雨、防止扬尘和物料流失。在改进后的单托辊皮带机设计中,采取了全封闭式结构,极大地改善了现场工作环境 ,配合外部除尘风网的设置,全封闭型单托辊皮带机可适应露天作业环境及对环境污染要求很高的作业区域。 输送机的运行过程中,要及时检查托辊,发现托辊损坏或者转动不灵活要及时更换,保证输送机完好的工作状态;发现输送机输送带跑偏时要及时纠正,使带式输送机保持良好的运行状态。加强现场管理,严格作业机制,认真执行设备维护规范中的检查要求。 我国带式输送机应用范围较广,可用于多种干湿粉状,粒状,块状物料的运输传送,运送量达,运送距离较长,运行阻力小,能量消耗地,受地形条件限制小,在途中可装卸货物,操作简单,运行平稳,易维修 ;但胶带易受磨损,且坡度不能太大,摩擦力大,且运送粉粒状物料易污染环境,所以这个设计能减少环境的污染,并减少摩擦避免胶带的过 2 度磨损。同时我国的输送机发展水平有了明显的提高,大功率,长距离的带式运输机的新产品开发和新技术的研究都取得了不错的成就。所以带式输送机是最理想的高效连续运输设备,与其他设备相比具有明显的优势。故不仅可以在短距离运输内使用,也可以在长距离输送中使用。所以在生产环节的连续性和自动化中起到了极其重要的作用,提高了劳动生产率。 近年来我国带式输送机有很大发展,在新产品开发上取得了不错的成绩。输 送机系列产品越来越多,产量多,批次大,并对输送机 的关键技术及其主要部件进行了理论研究和产品开发 。但在很多方面还有不足,跟国外相比,装机功率小,运输能力差,并且最大输送带宽度小,工作面运输长度仅为国外的一半,可靠性和寿命上也有不小的差距,所以本次设计不能解决输送机的所有问题,但能在一定程度上改善输送机现状。 随着我国带式输送机的发展,以广泛应用于各个部门。我国对普通带式输送机进行改进,完善相应结构,首先用单托辊固定皮带防止跑偏。同时,在运输机外加防护罩,防止对环境造成污染。再次螺旋加紧装置保证机器运行的可靠性 和平稳性。这些能在一定程度上保证带式输送机的性能,使其带速快,运送量达,高效节能环保。使输送物料种类更加广泛,输送能力范围更加宽广,输送的适应性更强,装卸更加灵活,可靠性安全性高,有良好的发展前景。 全封闭单托辊带式输送机优点是全封闭结构、防雨性能良好、粉尘不外扬、环保性能好,运动部件包括托辊的轴承全部外露易于检修维护,尾部回料装置能自动收集散落在下皮带上的物料自动返回到上皮带中。由于皮带机的输送带根据摩擦传动原理运动,具有输送量大、输送距离长、输送平稳、物料与输送带没有相对运动、噪音较小、结构简单、维修方 便、能量消耗少、部件标准化等优点,因而皮带机广泛应用于采矿、冶金、化工、铸造、建材等行业的输送和生产流水线以及水电站建设工地和港口等部门,用来输送松散物料。通过以上各个部件的创新设计,将大大提高工作效率,减低损耗,提高设备运行稳定性,改善作业环境。通过不断完善和创新,有利于提升全封闭单托辊皮带输送机的产品档次和应用范围。 3 外文原文 Single roller belt conveyor is totally enclosed with flexible conveyor belt as material ChengZaiJian and drawing a continuous conveyor totally enclosed equipment, according to the principle of friction, driven by drive roller conveyor belt, horizontal direction and the direction of the tilt is again shipping bulk items, its characteristic is fully enclosed structure, large conveying capacity, low consumption, simple structure, easy maintenance, low cost, strong practicability, widely used for the material, is a kind of ideal conveying machinery, in the grain circulation, storage areas have a large number of applications. Therefore, not only can be used in short distance transportation, also can be used in long distance transmission. So in the continuity of production and has played a very important role in automation, improve the labor productivity. Conveyor series products is becoming more and more production, more batch is big, and the key technologies of conveyor and its main part has carried on the theoretical research and product development. But there are still insufficient in many ways, compared with abroad, installed power is small, transport capacity is poor, and the largest conveyor belt width is small, face only half as much as that of the foreign transport length has a big gap between the reliability and life expectancy, so the design cant solve all problems of conveyor, but it does to a certain extent, improve the state of conveyor. To some extent, these can guarantee the performance of the belt conveyor, the belt speed is fast, transport volume, high efficiency and energy saving environmental protection.
