go.” 由第四段中的“i am doing this for something better, which will hopefully benefit more people than.”及“its important what you do before you die”可推断,rigby有强烈的社会责任感。 由倒数第二段中的“weedons brother also applied but was not selected for the final 100.”及“my brother is pretty envious.” 由最后一段开头的“weedon thinks it was her teamworking skills that saw her through this farin her current job she works as part of a group of four, the same size as the planned mars one crew.” knowledge“知识”;independence“独立”;confidence“自信”。 proud“自豪的”;smart“聪明的”;mature“成熟的”。 guide“引导,带领”;help“帮助”;invite“邀请”。 occasionally“偶尔,间或”;briefly“短暂地”;naturally“自然地”。 passion“激情,热情”;motivation“动机”;panic“恐慌,惊慌”。 contribution“贡献”;application“应用,申请”;qualification“资格,条件”。 promotion“促销,提升”;work“工作”;experience“经验”。 happy“快乐的”;easy“容易的”;light“轻的”。 reflect“反映,反射”;confirm“确认”;identify“鉴定,识别”。 vital“至关重要的”;urgent“紧急的,急迫的”;common“共同的,普通的”。 the
