.Agreement of Employment and Conditions For Foreign Teachers InstructorsParty A: Shenzhen Idol Cultural Transmission Co. Ltd.Party B(Instructor): Passport Number: Telephone Number: The above both parties have entered into an agreement by negotiation between both parties voluntarily and equally in order to define the rights and duties of each party. The detailed terms are as follows：Term 1:1) Schedule: beginning from (dd/mm/yyyy) and due to be finished on (dd/mm/yyyy) 2)Teaching Location: B612, Southern International Plaza, Futian District, Shenzhen3)Course Name taught by Party B: Beenos English、Welcome to English、oral English and others arranged by Party A.Term 2: Rate of PayThe rate of pay will be RMB per hour to be claimed on a monthly basis.Term 3: An agreement over the hourly compensation rates for both of the lesson demonstration and the subsequent teaching between Party A and Party B shall be reached prior to the execution of the demonstration under the circumstance of that a demonstration is requested by a potential client of Party A, and the agreed hourly compensation rates are not subjected to re-negotiation.Term 4: Party A will provide complete teaching program syllabus, planning, corresponding orientation and training for Party B. On every 15th, Party A will pay Party B salaries of the former mouth from 1st to 31st of every month. Term 5: Party B shall conscientiously obey all laws and regulations of the Peoples Republic of China, and all rules and regulations of Party A. Party B shall make full preparations and lesson plans for every class, be precise in teaching, take attendance of and give evaluation to the students to ensure the teaching quality. Party B shall absolutely maintain the reputation and interest of Party A with professional ethic, dress code and formal language. Party B shall arrive at classes on time and not leave classes early. Party B shall not change any class schedule or ask for any other person to take his/her own classes for any reason without prior permission of Party A.Term 6:1) Party A retains the right to change or remove Party B in case that the client of Party A is completely unsatisfied with Party Bs teaching.2) Party A shall not pay Party B the salaries of the course in case that Party B drops the assigned courses in the halfway.3) Party B is forbidden to comment on or interfere in any affairs relevant to the contract between Party A and the clients.4) Party B is forbidden to have private money relationship and dealing with the clients of Party A, or Party B shall be forfeited accordingly and even take relevant possible legal responsibilities.5) Party B shall compensate any economic loss, bear any cost and take any possible legal responsibilities for the damage of reputation and interest caused by Party B.Term 7:Party B shall submit teaching plan for each class session before the lessons in electronic form and submit students reports within 5 working days upon the completion of the course.Term 8: Party B shall fill in “Salary Reservation Form” before 5th of every month and submit copies of the original “Students Attendance Sheet” to English Department, in order to be paid of the previous month according to the reserved pay day(1st-31st of every month) upon the original “Students Attendance Sheet”.Term 9: This agreement may be terminated by either Party through giving the other Party a thirty days (30) notice. If Party B terminates this agreement without a thirty day notice, Party A will have the right to with hold any outstanding salary due to Party B.Term 10: Party B shall attend a workshop which is held once a month. It is a good chance for teachers to learn from each other. The one hour workshop will not be treat as working hour, so teachers will not be paid.Term 11: Party A will not be responsible for any living costs to be incurred by Party B during the duration of this agreement. These costs include, among others, medical fees, accommodation fees, transportation fees, food and drinks, etc.Term 12: Additional Conditions:Term 13:This contract is made in duplicate and takes effect after signatures of both parties. Both parties will have a signed copy of this contract.Term14:Bonus: Idoi training center will give every teachers extra bonus every month.1RMB/point.1.
