Safety2.2.12.22.3作業規定要點Operation ruleSSR作業程序Operation process for issuing SSR當PE/HWRD要在已量產品的BOM加入或變更元件，須先發行SSR，安規人員在收到SSR後，針對此變更進行評估是否影響安規報告，若有影響，則提出變更安規報告所需測試及費用，若BD 同意此費用，則安規人員依據變更向認證機構申報並完成安規報告更新，完成更新後方可導入此變更。When PE/HWRD want to add or modify the components for the products which have been mass production, it is necessary to issue the SSR, the Safety person need to check whether the change impact Safety certifications/reports, if yes, Safety person need to provide the test items and cost for updating the Safety certifications/reports, if BD agree the fee, Safety person will update the Safety certifications/reports for the change, after that, the change just can be implemented. ECN作業程序Operation process for issuing ECN當MD/HWRD要對已量產品作任何結構上或線路上的變更須先發行ECN，安規人員在收到ECN後，針對此變更進行評估是否影響安規報告，若有影響，則提出變更安規報告所需測試及費用，若BD 同意此費用，則安規人員依據變更向認證機構申報並完成安規報告更新，完成更新後方可導入此變更。When MD/HWRD want to modify the mechanics or circuits for the products which have been mass production, it is necessary to issue the ECN, the Safety person need to check whether the change impact Safety certifications/reports, if yes, Safety person need to provide the test items and cost for updating the Safety certifications/reports, if BD agree the fee, Safety person will update the Safety certifications/reports for the change, after that, the change just can be implemented.法規更新及產品證書維護Maintain the regulations upgrade and product certifications安規人員應收集國際產品相關安規標準及要求，並追縱其變動。將新增或變更之國際產品相關安規標準及要求，通知Site/安規人員並上傳至USI內部網站。Safety person shall collect the international Safety related directives/regulations of product, and monitor if any update or revision, and deliver to Site/ Safety person and upload on USI intranet website.安規人員應進行宣導與公告，以將接收之資訊或執行程序展開導入至相關單位。Safety person shall publicize and announce the information or working flow to all related staffs.安規人員應確保產品證書之有效性，在證書失效日期前兩個月前知會相關單位，確認是否要繼續保留該證書，若要，則須在失效前完成更新取證。Safety person shall make sure the validity of product certifications, inform related departments before two months of expiration of certificates, and confirm that whether to continue keeping the validity of certificates, if yes, finish to renew the certificates befo
