哈尔滨理工大学文学硕士学位论文 同义词与英语教学 摘要 作为六大语义词汇关系( 同形异义、一词多义、同义、反义、上下义、 部分整体) 之一的同义词一直是英语研究与教学活动的重点之一。英语教师 都希望通过同义词教学来提高学生的英语综合技能，本文正是想对此问题找 到一个比较实用的解决办法。 本文对可应用于同义词辨析的一些语言学理论进行了介绍，作为本研究 的理论基础，包括结构语言学、成分分析、原型理论、同义语义场、母语迁 移、语用学、跨文化交际和社会构建主义。同时，一些关于同义词的基本知 识，包括同义词的语义定义、同义词的来源、同义词的分类和同义词的功 能，都进行了探讨，以便于进一步的研究。 本文共提出两个假设；1 语义理论以及相关的语言学理论可以促进英 语同义词学习；2 在同义词教学中应该首先考虑母语迁移问题，这是为了 避免同义词学习中最大的问题石化现象的一种有效手段。针对这两个假设， 作者做了一个试验以验证语言学理论是如何在同义词教学中起作用的。实验 结果表明，中国的英语学习者在同义词的学习中的确获益于语言学理论，同 时，母语迁移也的确是英语学习者的一大问题，但只要是给予了充分的总 是，而且方法得当的话，是可以进步的。 最后，在讨论部分，基于语言学理论和实验结果，共提出五个建议：1
