榆林二院医院楼宇自控系统1 概述本方案针对榆林市中心医院的楼宇自动控制系统(BAS)而进行设计,根据该项目的特点,我们将利用BA系统对建筑物内的冷热源系统设备、空调及排风系统设备、给排水系统设备实行全时间的控制和管理,并将冷水机组、通过通讯网关进行集成,以实现二次监测。系统收集、记录、保存有关系统的重要信息及数据,作到一体化管理,达到提高运行效率、保证办公环境需要、节省能源、节省人力的效果,最大限度安全延长设备寿命的目的。2 设计依据参照和严格执行国家民用建筑电气设计规范,执行的设计依据有:n 智能建筑设计标准GB/T503142006n 智能建筑工程质量验收规范GB 50339-2003n 民用建筑电气设计规范JGJ 16-2008n 智能建筑防雷设计规范DB32/T 11982008 n 建筑电气工程施工质量验收规范GB50303-2002 n 低压配电设计规范GB50054-95n 建筑设计防火规范(GB 500162006)n 商用建筑线缆标准( EIATIA568A)n 信息技术互连国际标准(ISOIECl180195)n 采暖通风与空气调节设计规范(GB 500192003)n 以及榆林市中心医院提供的相关资料;3 需求分析本案需要楼宇自控系统(BAS)监控内容具体描述如下: 中央制冷监测与控制系统(通过DDC及网络接口接入BAS) 空调及动力设备(通过DDC接入BAS) 送/排风机系统 排风(排烟)风机 补风机 排风机 地下室C0监测 空调机组 新风机组 给排水系统(通过DDC及接入BAS) 集水坑/潜污泵4 BAS系统监控内容4.1 冷水机组的控制(地下二层空调机房)监控内容控制方法冷负荷需求计算根据冷冻水供、回水温度和供水流量测量值,自动计算建筑空调实际所需冷负荷量。机组台数控制根据建筑所需冷负荷及差压旁通阀开度,自动调整冷水机组运行台数,达到最佳节能目的。独立空调区域负荷计算根据Q=C*M*(T1-T2)T1分回水管温度,T2分供水总管温度,M分回水管回水流量当负荷大于一台机组的15%,则第二台机组运行。机组联锁控制启动:冷却塔蝶阀开启,冷却水蝶阀开启,开冷却水泵,冷冻水蝶阀开启,开冷冻水泵,开冷水机组。停止:停冷水机组,关冷冻泵,关冷冻水蝶阀,关冷却水泵,关冷却水蝶阀,关冷却塔风机、蝶阀。冷冻水差压控制根据冷冻水供回水压差,自动调节旁通调节阀,维持供水压差恒定。冷却水温度控制根据冷却水温度,自动控制冷却塔风机的启停台数。水泵保护控制水泵启动后,水流开关检测水流状态,如故障则自动停机水泵运行时如发生故障,备用泵自动投入运行。机组定时启停控制根据事先排定的工作节假日作息时间表,定时启停机组自动统计机组各水泵、风机的累计工作时间,提示定时维修。机组运行参数监测系统内各检测点的温度、压力、流量等参数,自动显示,定时打印及故障报警。水箱补水控制自动控制进水电磁阀的开启与闭合,使膨胀水箱水位维持在允许范围内,水位超限进行故障报警。4.1.1 冷冻水供/回水温度检测X冷冻水总流量检测X冷冻水循环泵2启停控制/运行状态XX故障报警X水流状态X手/自动状态X膨胀水箱高低液位检测X冷却水循环泵2启停控制/运行状态XX故障报警X水流状态X手/自动状态X冷却塔风机2启停控制/运行状态XX故障报警X手/自动状态X冷却水供/回水总管冷却水供/回水温度检测X通过标准通讯网关与冷水机组实现完全开放式的数据通讯,在BAS系统中央站自由读取其内部数据。标准通讯网关与冷水机组可实现完全开放式的数据通讯。冷水机组控制系统通信接口与BAS系统通信接口,采用点对点的方式联入楼宇管理系统采用集成网关对楼内的中央制冷站通过计算机通信方式与每组机组的通信接口进行通讯,可对机组内部参数进行监测、设定及机组启停控制,楼宇自控系统通过DDC控制器直接采集冷源系统中的冷冻机组以及空调水泵的各种参数。同时监视冷冻机组及空调水泵、冷却塔的启停,各种联动控制的实现与否,和备用设备的正常转换。BA系统有标准网关可供选择,能直接与许多著名冷冻机生产厂家的标准网关接口相连,如:约克(York)、开利(Carrier)、特灵(Trane)、麦克维尔(McQuay)等公司。它可将机组的内部运行状态,过热报警、防冻报警,及机组的内部温度等内部参数通过通信方式直接告诉系统。网关的方式具有以下优点:n 风管温湿度传感器2过滤报警压差开关1送风机启/停1送风机状态1送风机故障报警、手/自动状态2新风风阀调节及反馈风阀执行器11回风风阀调节及反馈风阀执行器11防冻报警1制冷/制热水阀控制及反馈水阀11空调系统的控制内容如下:监控内容控制方法启停控制空调可以通过BAS系统自动控制启动停止,也可以在现场手动控制;具有定时启停功能,可以根据预定的时间表启停设备;具有联锁功能,送风机启动前,风阀全开,送风机启动后,温度、流量控制回路使能,送风机停止后,风阀关闭,水阀关闭;支持消防联动,接受消防强制信号控制送风机以及风阀。温度监控监测新风、送风、回风的温度,并根据预定的高低限值判断,超限则输出报警信息;我们使用串级控制回路对回风温度进行控制。其内环控制通过PID控制送风温度。送风温度的设定值可以通过操作员手动或BMS自动进行重设。这就是外环控制(设定值重设回路)。l 当回风温度超出其上限并维持预设的时间死区,则送风温度设定值将自动较少一个偏移量。l 当回风温度低于其下限并维持预设的时间死区,则送风温度设定值将自动增加一个偏移量。风阀控制风阀执行器为模拟量控制,通过BAS可控制风阀执行器的任意开度。压差状态监控在过滤器前后设置压差开关,监测过滤器的堵塞情况,输出报警信号;在送风机前后设置压差开关,风机启动后,压差开关无信号输出则报警,联动停机,进入故障处理程序。防冻报警处理在电加热器后,表冷器前安装防低温报警开关,当室外新风温度低于防冻设定温度时则报警,联动停机关闭风阀,进入故障处理程序。报警故障处理监测送风机的故障报警状态、风机压差状态和过滤器的压差报警状态,一旦检测报警状态,空调机停机,按关机步骤执行。软件控制模式控制软件对送风机的启停提供一个延迟开启的功能,用以保护设备在开启过渡情况下可能造成的损坏;提供时间表控制功能,空调机组可按日夜模式、节假日模式和定制时间模式启停使用。4.3
