Introduction简介This document outlines the CQT and Inbuilding Systems optimisation procedure for the CMCC network in Xian.本文件概述了西安移动通信公司的CQT 与室内分布系统优化工作流程。The CQT Methodology defined by the CMCC HQ is to benchmark the network performance as perceived by customers inside a building. 由CMCC总部所制定的CQT测试方法主要是用来评估室内用户可感知的网络的性能。The CQT process/result itself is somewhat subjective and is not a basis for in-depth analysis of the network due to the lack of samples and engineering data.CQT的测试过程/结果本身由于缺乏客观的工程数据和足够的采样,并非基于对网络性能的全方位的深入分析,所以在某种程度上是比较主观的,有一定的局限性。To ensure its success, the CQT for a building should be performed after the surrounding or in building cells have been thoroughly optimised.为保证CQT测试的成功,对某一楼内的CQT测试应该在对其楼内或者其周围小区的全面优化之后进行。The optimisation procedure outline here is to ensure an acceptable level of network performance inside buildings where there are dedicated IBS providing dominant coverage.本用户流程是为了保证主要由室内分布系统提供覆盖的建筑物内的网络性能能达到一个可以令人接受的水平。For buildings where coverage is provided by Macro cells, apply normal optimization procedures. 对于那些已被宏小区覆盖的建筑物内的网络性能,适用常规的优化流程。2. Candidate Buildings候选建筑In con-junction with CMCC, select a certain number of buildings per month for optimization/CQT. The resource scheduling should be balanced that with Drive Test work loads.移动通信公司每月选定一定数目的建筑物(CQT候选点)供进行的CQT测试和优化,确定需调查的CQT候选点时,应注意其测试和优化工作量要与路测的工作量相平衡、合理搭配。The list of building should be prioritise according to prominence, traffics and NMO performance.根据建筑物的重要性、话务量大小与NMO分析的性能等,应对需调查的建筑物(CQT候选点)制订调查的优先级。3. Optimisation Procedure优化流程3.1 Data collectionCollect NMO statistics for main serving cells inside the building as specified in Appendix 2.如文件Opt88/CQT/Monthly Report中所详细说明的那样,对于CQT候选点的主服务小区的NMO数据进行收集。3.2 NMO analysisInvestigate cells with调查小区的下列性能指标Assignment failure 4%RACH-100dBmLink Imbalance 6dBHO DQ 30%HO UQ 10%HO failure 10%The above indicators are general guidelines only, the performance of the cell as a whole should be considered . Also be mindful that for dedicated IBS, RxLev for both uplink and downlink should be reasonable.以上指标都只是一般的参考值,小区的总体性能应被考虑在其中。同时还要注意对于建筑物的室内分布系统来说,上行链路与下行链路的接收电平值应当合理。3.3 Perform Walk Test or Location Test实施步测Two phones calling fix line number:由两台手机向固定电话进行拨打long call:Setup: 10 sec; Idle 5 sec; short call:Setup: 10sec; Call Duration 30sec; Idle: 5secTest Region: 测试地点:Lower Floors Building circumference, main entrance to test for signal spillage and neighbour signals;低楼层-测试建筑物周围和主要进出通道的信号和相邻小区信号Middle/Upper Floors - Building edge to test quality and neighbour signals;中高楼层-看靠近楼层边缘的测试质量与相邻小区信号;Optimise frequency ( Hopping and Non-hopping), HO parameters and C1/C2 values accordingly.根据测试情况优化频率(跳频与否)、切换参数与相应的C1或C2值。 See Appendix 1 for further details.3.4 Troubleshooting:故障的排除a. Always verify neighbour list/frequency/ parameters first.总要先检查相邻关系,频率和参数的设置b. Perform CPT to see if bad performance overall or particular DRX/TS.进行CPT 以确认对于是小区普遍的性能问题还是特定DRX/TX的问题。c. Request Hardware Maintenance Team to assist in finding Uplink problems Verify External interference/Hardware associated.要求硬件维护小组帮助查找是否上行链路的问题确认问题是否与外部干扰或硬件问题相关。d. For Assignment/DL related performance, analysis possibility of Hardware problem and perform walk test to optimize parameters.对于下行链路或与信道指配相关的性能,分析硬件损坏的可能性并且进行步测来优化参数。e. Do not change any default parameters unless justified by thorough investigation.除非经过彻底调查确认,不得修改任何网络默认参数。3.5 Optimsation Report 优化报告Submit optimization report as per normal procedure. All reports are to be store in the Opt88 server. See Appendix 3 for a sample report.按一般的优化流程提交优化报告。所有报告都要存储于服务器Opt88中。4. CQT ResultsCQT 结果Once the optimisation engineer is satisfied with the performance of the targeted cell, undertake CQT process as defined by the CMCC HQ CQT Test Methodology. Record results in the format specified in Appendix 4 and stored results in Opt88/CQT/Monthly Report.当网络优化工程师对于目标小区的性能满意后,按照CMCC总部的CQT规范对该CQT定点进行测试, 将测试结果按指定格式记录在Opt88/CQT/Monthly Report中。5. Recommendations建议For buildings where there is no dedicated IBS and where service is not guarantee, weight up the benefit of varying the macro cells to provide dominant coverage or recommending an IBS system. 对于那些没有室内分布系统并且其网络服务质量的得不到保证的的建筑物,考虑改变其所处宏蜂窝的覆盖范围或建议安装室内分布系统。Before changes are make, ensure that there are no coverage holes or degradation of quality in the existing coverage region created by alteration in tilt and pan of the macro cells. The Recommendation should clearly indicate the current coverage and quality in main locations such as building lobby, conference rooms, main thoroughfares, lifts ect, allowing CMCC management to make an informed decision. Appendix 1Walk Test/Location TestWalk tests is perform with the aid of a PalmTop and engineering tools such as TEMS Light, Agilent Walk About ect. where data collected is coordinated with the walk route.Otherwise, test can be performed in fixed locations using Laptop and TEMS Investigation.Test Locations: Main entrance/lobby, sides of the buildingTest Duration:5 10 minutes per locationGround floorUpper floors 5 levelDuring the long call, note the signal level of the serving cell, IBS cell and strong NB. From such data the HoMargin can determined. During the short call, note the cells which the phone camps during idle mode and calls being made. Analyse the C1/
