So I will emphasize on the thoughts exchange with the students and try my best to make them involve in the teaching procedures. Warming up Purpose: To arouse the students interest in Mark Twain and his work.1. Ask students whether they like reading and who are their favorite authors.There may be at least one student who will name Mark Twain. If anyone mentions Mark Twain, I will continue to ask whether they have read any novels written by Mark Twain. If there is one, ask him or her to say something about Mark Twain.2. T: “Now, lets learn more things about Mark Twain. Please enjoy a video about Mark Twains life introduction and fill in the blank on page 17.
