静止式进相器可行性项目分析报告Feasibility analysis of stationary phase advancer一、项目的意义和必要性随着电能的广泛应用,电力的质量却成为日趋严重的问题。尤其大型电机大规模使用,带来的功率因数下降已成为电力系统的主要问题。据估算功率因数的下降每年给全国电网造成的能耗损失,相当于四座三峡大坝。这些给全社会造成直接的损失非常大。1. The significance and necessity of the project With the extensive application of electricity, power quality has become an increasingly serious problem. In particular, large-scale using of large power motors which bring the power factor drop have become the main problem of the electricity system. According to estimates the power factor of the energy loss per year to the national grid drop caused by the equivalent of four of the Three Gorges project. These great cause directly damage to the whole community. 二、 相关领域国内外技术现状和发展趋势虽然功率因数补偿国内外都有相应的公司和机构进行这方面工作,也有很多产品面市,但是对电动机的功率因数补偿全是从电动机的外部进行补偿,电动机定子侧的无功电流没有降低。国内目前普遍使用的是电容、自激(旋转)式进相机对电动机进行补偿。2. China is now widely used in capacitors & self-excited (rotation) phase advancer to compensate for the motor. 三、 解决方案无环流静止式进相器是本公司自行研制开发的新一代高新技术产品,是一种专为大中型绕线式异步电动机设计制作的就地无功功率补偿装置。它串接于电机转子回路,用以提高电机的功率因子,降低定子电流,降低电机温升,降低电机及电网的无功及有功损耗,改善电机的运行状况,延长电机的使用寿命,对节约能源、降低单位产品成本,提高企业的经济效益具有重要意义。3. Static phase can be widely used in cement, chemical, mining, metallurgy, iron and steel, paper, pharmaceutical and other industries and medium-sized wound rotor induction motor. 四、无环流静止式进相器的工作原理 静止式进相器采用变频技术,将单相380V交流电,通过12只晶闸管和6只平衡电抗器,变换成与电机转子频率相同(f1.s1HZ)的三相交流电。该电流通入转子回路,从而在转子回路中产生一个超前于转子电势近90 的附加电势EK,进而改善电机的功率因子。EK的大小取决于变频器电源U2的大小和晶闸管触发角的大小。从原理框图(图3)看,采样信号回路根据电机转子电流信号和附加电势信号进行处理,把结果送给逻辑判别回路;逻辑判别回路根据保护指令控制触发器,触发晶闸管的触发角,从而在转子回路得到一个附加激磁电流Imo。为了保持I1+I2=Im不变,I2增加,I1就要减少;所以可降低定子电流,减少功率因数角1 ,提高功率因数cos1 (见图2),由于保持励磁电流Im不变、转差率不变,进而保证电机出轴力矩不变、电机转速不变。4. No circulation static phase working principle Static phase uses inverter technology, the single-phase 380V AC, by 12 thyristors and six balanced reactor, transformed into the same frequency as the motor rotor (f1.s 1HZ) three-phase alternating current. The electrical current goes into rotor circuit, resulting in the rotor circuit generates an additional potential ahead of the rotor of the electric potential of nearly 90 Ek, thereby improving motor power factor. Eks size depends on the size and U2 power inverter thyristor firing angle size. From the principle block diagram (Fig. 3) See, sampling signal circuit works depending on the motor rotor current signal and the additional potential of the signal processing, the determination result to the logic circuit; determination logic circuit according to the protection instruction control trigger, the firing angle of the thyristor is triggered, resulting in get an additional rotor circuit excitation current. To maintain constant I1 + I2 = Im, I2 increases, I1 should reduce; stator current can be reduced to reduce the power factor angle 1, improve the power factor cos1 (see Figure 2), the excitation current Im kept constant, the slip rate unchanged, thereby ensuring the motor shaft torque constant, motor speed constant.随着补偿电压的逐步升高,定子侧的无功功率逐渐下降,功率因数逐步上升,定子电流逐渐减小。当补偿电压升高到一定值后,定子侧的无功功率减小到接近于零,功率因数上升到近似于1(见图2)。As the voltage is gradually increased to compensate the reactive power of the stator side is gradually decreased, the power factor is gradually increased, the stator current decreases. Features 1、可使电机的功率因数提高到0.95以上,无功功率降低60%以上。1), can improve the power factor to 0.95, reactive power reduced by more than 60%.2、降低定子电流10%-15%,降低线损、铜损10%-20%。2), reducing the stator current 10% -15%, reduce line loss, copper loss of 10% -20%. 3、电机温升显著降低,过载能力和效率大大提高,电机使用寿命延长。3), the motor temperature rise significantly reduce overload and efficiency is greatly improved, to extend motor life.4、具有故障自动保护功能,保障设备长期安全运行。4), with automatic fault protection features to protect the long-term safe operation of equipment. 5、操作简单,安装调试和维修保养均不影响正常生产。5), simple operation, installation and maintenance shall not affect the normal production. 七、结论7.
