Choice and Change In life, we may confront with numerous choices. Sometimes, we have ideas to choose which way we will go. However, sometimes we will feel confused and have difficulty in making decisions. No matter what situation we would face, as long as we have made our own choices, changes must come to ourselves soon. From this respect, we can conclude that if we desire wonderful changes, wed better make right choice in the first place.So, what we are supposed to do to make a right choice? As far as Im concerned, to begin with, wed better figure out what is our target. The target is like the lighthouse to guide us in life. For instance, Ma Yun, the director of Alibaba, always holds on his initial target of the company. As a result, no matter what situation he faced, he was able to settle the matter with correct and quick choice. Whats more, precise and thorough analysis of the matter is also significant for choosing the right way. The strategy of Chairman Mao toward the war is a good example for explaining this. Before he published his masterpiece of the war, he analyzed comprehensively of the situation at home and abroad at that time. By reading a lot of materials, he combined perfectly the theory with the practice. At last, he used his cleverness to guide the army to win the war.However, some people are unwilling to make choice because they feared that it may bring them with bad changes. It is totally a wrong thought. Though success is vital to us, the process of achieving it is more important than result. Actually, you have succeeded, provided that you made effort to make a choice. For example, Gandhi was one of the few men in history to fight simultaneously on moral, religious, political, social, economic, and cultural fronts. But, during his time he fought for his strategy of non-violence, a large number of bad changes also come into existence. However, he was never afraid of these changes and just persisted in his own choice. In fact, he really enjoyed the process of struggling for his dream. Also, sometimes the good changes may not appear as soon as we made the choice. So, we should be patient to wait for them. Such as Madam Curie, before she discovered radium, she had done countless experiments. It had been quite a long time after she had made her choice of studying this radioactive element. From this great scientist, we can come to the conclusion that patience is a crucial part of success.In our life, everyone is pursuing for good changes but fearing false choice. In my opinion, not only do we need to master the correct way of choosing, but also wed better have the confidence to confront bad changes and be patient to wait for the result.
