5、of the L/C. if any discrepancies, to deal with them properly. If no discrepancies, to make payment against/to accept /to negotiate the docs as the case may be. The nominated bank will send the docs to the issuing bank and claim reimbursement following the reimbursement method stipulated in the L/C (
