英语作文――倡议书

1、阅卷日志,6月11日 10点正评开始，进度抓得很紧，阅卷时间由去年的8小时减至6小时，每天500到600份，体能的考验。中午一点开始，没有午休，第一天大家都阅得很慢（311份），严格按照标准 ，高分上去了（2728分），低分下来了（08分）。,第二天各组长就催促加快速度，下午结束时已经阅到了1023份了，最卖力的一天，头和尾肯定是要看得，但中间也必须浏览到，防止个别投机取巧，写上头尾，中间从试卷中摘抄。,第三天，大家一来到就争分夺秒，谁都不想落后，没多久，领导宣布有一位老师被辞退回家了，原因是出现了恶评。 大家心里忽然紧张了许多，手中的鼠标都多了些小心翼翼，明显的慢了，一篇文章有时候看好几遍，

2、打上分数又觉得不妥，就这样纠结着。,这些卷子既不是写得很好，也不是一窍不通的，而是那些书写好可是错误多或者书写像乱麻勾勾画画但是有好多句子是对的的作文。 第四天起，大家都焦躁着，几乎每个老师都被组长叫到，慢的，恶评的，平均分高的，平均分低的，打分不稳定的ETC。眼前的一份份试卷涂抹勾画像乱草，真的要疯了,虚惊一场：我被叫到有恶评，真不可思议。这份试卷其他两人打分为6分，9分，而我给了20分。,他们两个的分数接近，而我的差距超过了12分为恶评。不可能，10分以下都是不通气的。我看得很仔细，我的无效卷到现在可是全组最低的，只有25份，多的已经上了200了。,结果经过仲裁，这份试卷的得分为18分。为

3、什么会这样呢？因为其他两位老师根本没有仔细看其内容，这孩子作文一开始就是How is going？之后接着出现两处大错。可后面的内容有模有样。这个学生真幸运，显然，开个好头有多么重要,第五天 在头昏眼花，颈脖僵硬，又累又困中度过了第五天，越是这样越渴卷面好的卷子的出现，这样的试卷在这个时候是那么那么的可爱，如果表达没扫到什么大错，2426分没问题。潦草的试卷时3:1或者是5:1着实令人疯狂！那样不负责任的卷面不配得高分！试卷中评分专家打分不看书写只看表达的情况早就不复存在了！ 第六天 研究生们已经撤了，原因是要放慢速度。 第七天上午10:50，阅卷量差为零，终于结束了！下午开总结会，发辛苦费。
