1.WorkContent:TheEmployeeshallperformthelabortasksassignedbytheEmployerwithinthescopeoftheEmployer'sbusinessoperations.
2.WorkHours:TheEmployee'sworkinghoursshallbeinaccordancewiththeprovisionsoftherelevantlawsandregulations,andthespecificworkinghoursandrestperiodsshallbeagreeduponbybothparties.
3.SalaryandBenefits:TheEmployee'ssalaryandbenefitsshallbeinaccordancewiththeEmployer'sinternalsalaryandbenefitssystem,andthespecificamountandpaymentmethodshallbeagreeduponbybothparties.
4.VacationandLeave:TheEmployeeshallenjoytheannualleave,sickleave,andotherleavebenefitsprovidedbytheEmployerinaccordancewiththerelevantlawsandregulations.
5.TerminationofEmployment:TheterminationofemploymentshallbeinaccordancewiththeprovisionsoftheLaborLawofthePeople'sRepublicofChinaandotherrelevantlawsandregulations.
III.RightsandObligationsofBothParties
1.RightsoftheEmployer:
a.TheEmployerhastherighttorequiretheEmployeetoperformthelabortasksassigned.
b.TheEmployerhastherighttosuperviseandmanagetheEmployee'sworkperformance.
c.TheEmployerhastherighttoterminatetheemploymentrelationshipinaccordancewiththeprovisionsoftherelevantlawsandregulations.
2.ObligationsoftheEmployer:
a.TheEmployershallprovidetheEmployeewithasafeandhealthyworkingenvironment.
b.TheEmployershallpaytheEmployee'ssalaryandbenefitsinatimelyandpropermanner.
c.TheEmployershallprovidetheEmployeewithnecessarytrainingandsupport.
3.RightsoftheEmployee:
a.TheEmployeehastherighttoobtainfairandreasonableworkingconditions.
b.TheEmployeehastherighttoreceivetrainingandsupportfromtheEmployer.
c.TheEmployeehastherighttoterminatetheemploymentrelationshipinaccordancewiththeprovisionsoftherelevantlawsandregulations.
4.ObligationsoftheEmployee:
a.TheEmployeeshallperformthelabortasksassignedbytheEmployerinagoodfaithanddiligentmanner.
b.TheEmployeeshallabidebytheEmployer'sinternalregulationsandnorms.
c.TheEmployeeshallprotecttheEmployer'slegitimateinterestsandtradesecrets.
IV.ConfidentialityandNon-CompeteClause
1.TheEmployeeshallkeeptheEmployer'stradesecretsconfidentialduringandaftertheemploymentrelationship.
2.TheEmployeeshallnotengageinanycompetingbusinessactivitieswithinthescopeoftheEmployer'sbusinessoperationsforaperiodof[time]aftertheterminationoftheemploymentrelationship.
V.DisputeResolution
1.IncaseofanydisputesarisingfromtheexecutionofthisContract,bothpartiesshallstrivetoresolvethemthroughfriendlynegotiation.
2.Ifthedisputescannotberesolvedthroughnegotiation,eitherpartymayfilealawsuitwiththepeople'scourthavingjurisdictionovertheEmployer'sregisteredplaceofbusiness.
VI.EffectiveDateandDuration
1.ThisContractshallcomeintoeffectuponthesignatureofbothpartiesandshallremainineffectuntilterminatedinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisContract.

VI.违约及限制条款

2.IntheeventofPartyB'sbreachofthisContract,PartyAshallhavetherighttoterminatetheemploymentrelationshipimmediatelyandwithoutnotice,andPartyBshallbeliableforanydirectorindirectlossesincurredbyPartyA.
3.PartyBagreesnottoengageinanycompetingbusinessactivitieswithinthescopeofPartyA'sbusinessoperationsforaperiodof[time]aftertheterminationoftheemploymentrelationship.
VII.DisputeResolution
1.IncaseofanydisputesarisingfromtheexecutionofthisContract,bothpartiesshallstrivetoresolvethemthroughfriendlynegotiation.
2.Ifthedisputescannotberesolvedthroughnegotiation,eitherpartymayfilealawsuitwiththepeople'scourthavingjurisdictionovertheEmployer'sregisteredplaceofbusiness.
VIII.EffectiveDateandDuration
1.ThisContractshallcomeintoeffectuponthesignatureofallpartiesandshallremainineffectuntilterminatedinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisContract.
