3.2TheBorrowershallmakethefirstrepaymenton[FirstRepaymentDate]andthereaftermakemonthlyrepaymentsonthesamedateeachmonth.

Article4:RepaymentMethod

4.1TheBorrowershallrepaythePrincipalAmountandtheInteresttotheLenderthrough[RepaymentMethod],suchasbanktransfer,cash,oranyothermethodagreeduponbybothparties.

4.2TheBorrowershallprovidetheLenderwiththenecessaryinformationanddocumentationfortherepaymentprocess.

Article5:DefaultandPenalties

5.1IftheBorrowerfailstorepaythePrincipalAmountandtheInterestontheduedate,theBorrowershallpay[DefaultPenaltyRate]perannumasapenaltyforeachdayofdelay.

5.2IftheBorrowerdefaultsontherepayment,theLendershallhavetherighttoclaimcompensationforthelossesincurredduetotheBorrower'sdefault.

Article6:Confidentiality

6.1BothpartiesagreetokeepthetermsandconditionsofthisContractconfidentialandnottodiscloseanyinformationrelatedtothisContracttoanythirdpartywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheotherparty.

Article7:GoverningLawandDisputeResolution

7.1ThisContractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsofthePeople'sRepublicofChina.

7.2AnydisputesarisingfromorinconnectionwiththisContractshallberesolvedthroughfriendlynegotiationsbetweentheparties.Ifthepartiesfailtoreachanagreementthroughnegotiations,thedisputesshallbesubmittedtothepeople'scourthavingjurisdictionovertheLender'splaceofresidencefortrial.

8.1ThisContractissupplementedbythefollowingattachments:

1.TheoriginalidentitydocumentsoftheBorrowerandtheLender;

2.TheoriginalbankaccountinformationoftheBorrower;

3.Anyotherdocumentsagreeduponbybothparties.

4.2PartyAshallmakethefirstrepaymenton[FirstRepaymentDate]andthereaftermakemonthlyrepaymentsonthesamedateeachmonth.

Article7:DefaultandPenalties

10.2PartyC'sguaranteeenhancesthecredibilityoftheBorrowerandreducestheriskforPartyB.

10.3ThepurposeofinvolvingPartyCistoprotecttheinterestsofPartyAandensurethesmoothexecutionofthisContract.

Article11:PurposeandSignificanceofPartyA'sDominance

11.1PartyA'sdominanceinthisContractensuresthatitsrightsandinterestsareprioritizedandprotected.

11.2ByhavingtherighttorequestadditionalguaranteesandterminatetheContractundercertainconditions,PartyAcanmitigatetherisksassociatedwithborrowingfunds.
