被保险人可随时书面通知保险人注销本保险单，保险人将依照短期费率计收保险生效期间的保费。保险

人亦可提前三十天书面通知被保险人注销本保险单，保险人将退还被保险人从保险单取消之日起未满期限的

按日比例计算的保险费。

Theinsurancemayatanytimebeterminatedattheoptionoftheinsurer,giving30days'noticetothateffectbeing

givingtotheinsured,inwhichcasetheCompanyshallbeliabletorepayondemandaratableproportionofthe

premiumfortheunexpiredtermsfromthedateofthecancellation.

Theinsurancemayalsoatanytimebeterminatedattheoptionoftheinsured,givingimmediatenoticetothateffect

beinggivingtotheInsurer,inwhichcasetheinsuredshallbechargedonashortperiodpremiumfortheexpired

termsfromthedateofinception.

保险期限终止之前，本公司可提前60天书面通知被保险人本公司不虚报本保险单。通知必须按照本公

司得知的被保险人的最新地址，派专人或由合格的邮递部门送至被保险人。

TheReinsuredtherebyundertakestoadviseReinsurersoftheoccurrenceofanyaccidentwhichmaygiverisetoa

claimhereafterassoonastheythemselvesaremadeawareofit,andinsucheventwillcooperatewithReinsurersin

thedefenceorsettlementofsuchclaimandinnocaseshalltheReinsuredmakeanyadmissionofliabilityunderthe

originalpolicywithouttheconsentinwritingoftheReinsurershavingthefirstbeenobtained.

共同被保险人条款/Joint-InsuredClause

共同被保险人条款

鉴于组成被保险人之各方当事人为独立的、不同的实体（不管本保单条文中是否有任何相关约定），各

方当事人的一切权利也应被视为独立的，如同他们各自持有保障其各自权益的独立保单一样。任何一方未能

遵从、履行或遵守本保单的条款或条件，不会导致本保险单其它各方的权利受损。

对本保险单项下的任何索赔或保单明细表列明的自负责任之外的索赔，本公司将放弃向被保险人任何一

方或其董事、代理、雇员或其他保单追偿的权利。

Joint-InsuredClause

AsallthepartiescomprisingtheInsuredoperateasseparateanddistinctentitiestherightsofeachofthepartiesinall

respectsshall(notwithstandinganythingcontainedorimpliedhereintothecontrary)betreatedasthougheachofthe

partieshadseparatepoliciesfortheirrespectiverightsandinterests.

Notwithstandinganythinginthepolicytothecontrary,itisexpresslyunderstoodandagreedthatthefailureofany

Insuredpartytocomplywith,fulfillorobservethetermsandconditionsofthepolicyshallnotprejudicetherightsof

anyotherInsuredpartyorpartiesunderthepolicy.

TheCompanyherebyagreetowaiveallrightsofsubrogationoractionwhichtheymayhaveoracquireagainstany

ofthepartiescomprisingtheInsuredortheirdirectorsagentsoremployeesortheirinsurancearisingoutofany

occurrenceinrespectofwhichanyclaimisadmittedhereunderorwhichbutfortheapplicationofanyRetained

LiabilitymentionedintheScheduleofthispolicywouldbemadehereunder.

TheCompanyshallnotbeliableinrespectofanyjudgmentthataredeliveredbyorobtainedfromacourtoutsidethe

People'sRepublicofChina.

ItisfurtherprovidedthattheIndemnityshallnotapplytoajudgmentororderobtainedinthePeople'sRepublicof

Chinafortheenforcementofajudgmentobtainedelsewhere.

经双方同意，当发生保险责任范围内的损失，估损金额超过本保险合同中载明的相应金额时，可以指定

双方认可的有合法执业资格的机构作为公估人，公估费用由保险人承担。

本附加条款与主条款内容相悖之处，以本附加条款为准；未尽之处，以主条款为准。

财产险2000年问题除外责任条款

本条款”2000年问题”系指，因涉及2000年日期变更，或此前、期间、其后任何其他日期变更，包括闰年的

计算，直接或间接引起计算机硬件设备、程序、软件、芯片、媒介物、集成电路及其他电子设备中的类似装

置的故障，进而直接或间接引起和导致保险财产的损失或损坏问题。

本公司对由于下列原因，无论计算机设备是否属于被保险人所有，直接或间接导致、构成或引起保险财产损

失或损坏由此产生的直接损失或间接损失不负赔偿责任：

1）不能正确识别日期；

2）由于不能正确识别日期，以读取、存储、保留、检索、操作、判别、处理任何数据或信息，或执行命令和

指令；

3）在任何日期或该日期之后，由于编程输入任何计算机软件的操作命令引起的数据丢失，或不能读取、储

存、保留、检索、正确处理该类数据；

4）因涉及2000年日期变更，或任何其他日期变更，包括闰年的计算而不能正确进行计算、比较、识别、排

序和数据处理；

5）因涉及2000年日期变更，或任何其他日期变更，包括闰年的计算，对包括计算机、硬件设备、程序、芯

片、媒介物、集成电路及其他电子设备中的类似装置进行预防性的、治理性的、或其他性质的更换、改变、

修改。

本保单所载其他条件不变。

directlyorindirectlybythedatechangetotheYear2000oranyotherdatechangeincludingleapyearcalculations

occurringbefore,duringorafterYear2000.

TheCompanywillnotbeliablefordirectorindirectlossordamagetopropertycausedbyreasonsbelow,whether

suchcomputersystembelongstotheInsuredornot:

i)unabletorecognizedatecorrectly;

ii)failtoretrieve,capturesave,retain,search,manipulate,interpretorprocessanydataorinformationorcommand

orinstructionasaresultofunabletorecognizedatecorrectly;

iii)lossofdata,failtoretrieve,capturesave,retain,searchorprocessdatacorrectlyasaresultoftheoperationof

anycommandwhichhasbeenprogrammedintocomputersoftwareinanydateorafterthatdate;

iv)unabletocalculate,compare,differentiate,sequenceorprocessdatacorrectlyasaresultofchangingthedateto

Year2000oranyotherdateincludingleapyearcalculationsoccurringbefore,duringorafterYear2000;

v)anyimplementedorchangeormodificationofanycomputer,hardware,system,chip,media,integratedcircuit

andotherelectricaldevicefbrpreventative,remedialorotherwiserelatingtochangingthedatetoYear2000orany

otherdateincludingleapyearcalculationsoccurringbefore,duringorafterYear2000.
