RoutineInspectionofComputerInterlockingEquipment3．安全措施3.1人身安全(1)在作业过程中，要做好自控、互控、他控，确保人身安全。(2)注意工具绝缘，作业人员应做好绝缘防护措施，带电作业必须一人作业，一人防护，使用用电设备时必须使用漏电保护器。3.2作业安全(1)个人工具要做到出工前的认真检查，确保作业中的绝对安全。(2)信号作业人员必须认真执行“三不动”、“三不离”安全作业制度和“七严禁”基本作业纪律。(3)巡视作业影响设备正常使用时，必须联系要点。(4)禁止带封连线进入机械室。禁止进入机柜连接的电缆使用兆欧表测试绝缘。(5)禁止运行无关磁盘，以防病毒侵入。更换模块应按照有关规定进行，要求冷插拔的模块禁止带电热插拔。(6)定期检查计算机各种备品、备件，保证齐全良好，使用后及时补充。Bilock联锁系统维护-日常巡视

RoutineInspectionofComputerInterlockingEquipment5.3巡视设备(1)各机柜安装正直稳固，无倾斜，各机器符号（号码）清晰正确。(2)联锁HMI显示设备外观整洁，站场信息完整正确，主备机、主副电源等各种表示灯表明设备处于正常工作状态，有无告警信息。(3)设备外观及加锁装置良好，检查计数器有无变化，确认联锁两系主从关系与上次记录比较无变化。(4)机柜风扇工作正常，各种工作指示灯显示正确，检查有无报警指示，机柜盘面手柄、开关位置正确，无局部过热、异常噪音和异常气味，操作表示机、联锁机、驱采机、通信机等处于正常工作状态，无报警指示；机柜盘面手柄、开关、按钮位置正确。机柜内部设备如路由器、协议转换器、交换机正常，电源无过热。(5)在维修机上查看各种记录，查询有无异常报警信息。发现错误信息和不正常情况时，及时分析处理，并通知上级主管部门。(6)显示器、键盘清扫。(7)微机日期、时钟应正确，有误差时在维修机或控制台上及时进行调整Bilock联锁系统维护-日常巡视
