zSTATIONREPAIRYARD主讲人:余建勇Lecturer:YuJianyong站修作业场StationRepairWorkshop郑州铁路职业技术学院车辆运用与管理ApplicationandManagementofRailwayVehicle站修作业场设置及分类Settingupandcategorizationofstationrepairworkshops站修作业场设备、设施Stationrepairworkshopequipmentandfacilities站修修车作业程序Stationrepairandmaintenanceoperatingprocedures目录CONTENCTS一二三一、站修作业场设置及分类Settingupandcategorizationofstationrepairworkshops郑州铁路职业技术学院站修作业场设在有列检作业场的车场或站区,其位置便于取送铁路货车,根据设置地点、检修范围、检修能力、工装配置等条件,分为特级、一级、二级站修作业场,主要负责对铁路货车进行辅修和临修。Therepairstationyardisgenerallylocatedintheyardorstationareawithalistofinspectionyards,anditslocationisconvenientfortakingandsendingrailwaytransportcars.Accordingtothesettinglocation,maintenancescope,maintenancecapacity,toolingconfigurationandotherconditions,itcanbedividedintospecialgrade,firstgradeandsecondgraderepairstationyard.Primarilyresponsibleforperformingauxiliaryandprovisionalrepairsonrailroadfreightcars.二、站修作业场设备、设施Stationrepairworkshopequipmentandfacilities郑州铁路职业技术学院站修作业场生产设施包括待检修车存放线、轮轴存放线、检修线、修车库(棚)、空压机室、材料库、办公室、资料室,应集中铺设动力电源线、电焊专用回路线、风管路,并有给排水、照明、电话、无线对讲等,同时检修线路与车站相临线路间距不小于8000mm。Stationrepairworkshopproductionfacilitiesincludingtobeoverhauledcarstorageline,axlestorageline,repairline,repairgarage(shed),aircompressorroom,materialstorage,office,dataroom,shouldbecentrallypavedpowerlines,weldingspecialreturnline,airducts,andwatersupplyanddrainage,lighting,telephone,wirelessintercom,etc.,andatthesametime,themaintenancelineandthestationadjacentlinespacingisnotlessthan8000mm.郑州铁路职业技术学院二、站修作业场设备、设施Stationrepairworkshopequipmentandfacilities重车架车机

车体整形机微机控制单车试验器移动式钩缓拆装机桥式起重设备、重车架车机、移动式车体整形设备、微机控制单车试验器、移动式钩缓拆装设备、滚动轴承转动检查装置等Intermsofequipmentconfiguration,itisequippedwithbridgecraneequipment,heavyframemachine,mobilebodyshapingequipment,microcomputercontrolledsinglevehicletester,mobilehookslowdismountingequipment,rollingbearingrotationinspectiondevice,etc.站修作业场工装设备的基本配置:BasicConfigurationofWorkshopEquipmentforStationRepairOperationsYard:郑州铁路职业技术学院三、站修修车作业程序Stationrepairandmaintenanceoperatingprocedures站修修车作业程序郑州铁路职业技术学院(一)入线预检pre-inspection(1)(4)(2)(3)使用便携式标签读出器逐辆读取标签内存信息,核对车种、车型、车号和定检标记等信息须与现车一致,同时对超出站修作业场检修范围及能力的车辆进行记录,并通知调度员确认。Theportablelabelreadershouldbeusedtoreadthelabelmemoryinformationonebyone,checkthetypeofvehicle,model,vehiclenumberandinspectionmarkandotherinformationmustbeconsistentwiththecurrentvehicle,andrecordthevehiclesbeyondthescopeandcapacityoftherepairstationoperationfield,andnotifythedispatchertoconfirm.核对“车辆检修通知书(车统—23)”列检扣修故障信息,对故障信息与现车不符的车辆进行记录,并通知调度员确认。Checktheinspectionandrepairfaultinformationlistedinthe"VehicleRepairNotice(trainsystem23)",recordthevehicleswhosefaultinformationdoesnotmatchthecurrentvehicle,andnotifythedispatchertoconfirm.按全面检查质量标准对入线检修车辆可视部位进行检查,核查5T预报信息,并对检查中发现的故障在车体对应部位进行标识,同时标注故障处理方法:焊修、调修、铆接、紧固、切除、挖补、补强、更换等。Inspectthevisiblepartsofthein-lineinspectionvehiclesaccordingtothecomprehensiveinspectionqualitystandards,verifythefiveTforecastinformation,andidentifythefaultsfoundintheinspectioninthecorrespondingpartsofthevehiclebody,andmarkthetroubleshootingmethods:Welding,adjusting,riveting,fastening,removing,gouging,reinforcing,replacing,etc.对较大的车辆故障提出修理方案。Proposerepairplansformajorvehiclefailures.三、站修修车作业程序Stationrepairandmaintenanceoperatingprocedures郑州铁路职业技术学院入线车预检记录Pre-inspectionRecordoflineentry2021年03月12日上午顺号股道车型车号修程前次定检主要故障施修方案厂段辅轴12C701638477L10.03眉厂14.03沈苏//2位下侧门破损200*100mm更换

三、站修修车作业程序Stationrepairandmaintenanceoperatingprocedures郑州铁路职业技术学院(二)开工前会检pre-constructionconference2.开工前由调度员主持,作业场主任、技术员、各工长、安全员、质量检查员、预检员及验收员参加,由预检员提出当日入线车的修程概况和需要会检的车辆,对较大的车辆故障确定修理方案。Priortothestartofthework,chairedbythedispatcherandattendedbythedirectoroftheoperatingyard,thetechnician,eachforeman,thesafetyofficer,thequalityinspector,thepre-inspectorandtheinspector,thepre-inspectorwillpresentanoverviewoftherepairprocessoftheday'sentryintothelineofvehiclesandthevehiclesthatneedtobeexaminedinthemeeting,andwilldeterminetherepairprogramofthelargervehiclefailures.会检内容分为两种Therearetwokindsofinspections1.由调度员组织作业场主任、技术员、安全员、预检员,对超出检修范围及能力或列检扣修故障信息与现车不符的车辆进行鉴定,确定处置方案。Thedispatcherorganizesthedirectoroftheoperatingyard,technicians,safetyofficers,andpre-inspectorstoidentifyvehiclesthatarebeyondthescopeandcapabilityofoverhaulorlistedforinspectionandwithholdingrepairoffaultinformationthatisinconsistentwiththecurrentvehicle,andtodeterminethedispositionplan.三、站修修车作业程序Stationrepairandmaintenanceoperatingprocedures郑州铁路职业技术学院站修修车作业计划表单位:

编制:根据入线的临修、辅修车的状况确定修车方案,由调度员负责编制站修车作业计划,作业场主任确认后组织各班组实施,并报车辆段调度。Thedispatcherdeterminestherepairplanaccordingtotheconditionoftheincomingtemporaryrepairandauxiliaryrepairvehicles,andpreparestherepairoperationplanofthestation,whichissubmittedtothedirectorofthefieldforconfirmationandthenorganizestheimplementationofeachteamandreportstothedepotfordispatching.制定日修车作业计划1(三)制定和实施日修车作业计划Developandimplementthedailyrepairoperationplan三、站修修车作业程序Stationrepairandmaintenanceoperatingprocedures郑州铁路职业技术学院工作者按修车作业计划、修程、作业范围及检修要求修理,将铁路货车的修理情况分别填写在“货车站修车检修记录单(车统—22D)”的相应项目栏内,签名或盖章后录入HMIS站修子系统。Theworkershallrepairthevehicleaccordingtotherepairoperationplan,repairprocess,operationscopeandmaintenancerequirements,fillintherepairandmaintenancerecordsheetofthetruckstation,andinputtherepairsubsystemoftheHMISstationaftersigningorstamping.实施日修车作业计划2三、站修修车作业程序Stationrepairandmaintenanceoperatingprocedures(三)制定和实施日修车作业计划Developandimplementthedailyrepairoperationplan郑州铁路职业技术学院工作者全面检查和维修后在车辆交验标识栏处使用白色粉笔画“人”字标识,向工长交车;Afterathoroughinspectionandrepair,theworkerdrawsa"man"markinginwhitechalkonthevehiclehandovermarkingbarandhandsoverthevehicletotheforeman;工长在现场盯控、检查中见到白色“人”字标识后,对施修部位进行检查确认,无故障后在车辆“人”字标识下方使用黄色粉笔画“—”字标识,向质量检查员交检;Afterseeingthewhite"man"markintheon-sitecontrolandinspection,theforemanwillcheckandconfirmtherepairpartsanduseyellowchalktodrawthe"-"markunderthe"man"markonthevehiclewithoutanyfaults,andhandoverthemarktothequalityinspectorforinspection;质量检查员在作业过程盯控中见到工长的交检标记后,对车辆进行全面检查,无故障后使用蓝色粉笔在工长交验标记下方画“口”字标识,形成“合”字标识,向验收员交验;Qualityinspectorintheprocessofoperationcontroltoseetheforeman'shandovermark,acomprehensiveinspectionofthevehicle,nofaultsaftertheuseofbluechalkintheforeman'shandovermarkbelowthe"mouth"mark,theformationoftheword"together"mark,totheacceptanceoftheacceptanceoftheinspector;验收员在质量监督检查中见到质量检查员交验标识后,对车辆进行验收检查,无故障后使用红色粉笔在“合”字标识外画“○”标识,车辆修竣完毕。Acceptanceinspectorinthequalitysupervisionandinspectiontoseethequalityinspectorafterthehandoverofthelogo,thevehicleacceptanceinspection,nofaultsaftertheuseofredchalkintheword"together"logooutsidethe"○"logo,thevehiclerepairiscompleted.竣工检查验收Completioninspectionandacceptance3站修作业场在对临修车检查施修过程中需执行“三检一验”质量检验制度。Thequalityinspectionsystemof"threeinspectionsandoneinspection"shouldbeimplementedintheprocessofinspectionandrepairoftemporaryrepairvehicles.三、站修修车作业程序Stationrepairandmaintenanceoperatingprocedures(三)制定和实施日修车作业计划Developandimplementthedailyrepairoperationplan郑州铁路职业技术学院检修标记涂打Inspectionmarkingsapplied4(1)零部件检修标记Partsoverhaulmarkings三、站修修车作业程序Stationrepairandmaintenanceoperatingprocedures(三)制定和实施日修车作业计划Developandimplementthedailyrepairoperationplan郑州铁路职业技术学院4(2)临修、辅修标记Prospective,minormarking三、站修修车作业程序Stationrepairandmaintenanceoperatingprocedures(三)制定和实施日修车作业计划Developandimplementthedailyrepairoperationplan检修标记涂打Inspectionmarkingsapplied郑州铁路职业技术学院【拓展知识】站修责任事故案例[ExpandedKnowledge]StationRepairLiabilityAccidentCases事故概况Overviewoftheaccident案例一:基础制动装置配件安装位置错误导致车辆抱闸Case1:Vehiclelockingduetoincorrectinstallationpositionofbasebrakefitting该车制动缸推杆组装圆销和闸调器控制杠杆支点组装圆销之间的连接板组装错位。Thevehiclehasamisalignedassemblyoftheconnectingplatebetweentheroundpinofthebrakecylinderpushrodassemblyandtheroundpinofthegateadjustercontrolleverpivotassembly.一是段修单位检修工艺标准不落实造成配件错装,质检、验收未及时发现故障;二是临修单位故障处理不到位,漏检配件错装故障;三是列检人员不掌握配件的正确安装位置,现场作业未发现配件错装问题。First,thesectionrepairunitoverhaulprocessstandardsarenotimplementedresultinginmisinstallationoffittings,qualitycontrol,acceptanceinspectiondidnotfindfaultsinatimelymanner;Second,thefailureoftherepairunitfaulthandlingisnotinplace,omissionofinspectionfittingsmisinstallationfault;Third,thelistofinspectorsdonotgraspthecorrectinstallationlocationofthefittings,thefieldoperationdidnotfindthemisinstallationofthefittingsproblem.2013年4月11日CD10811次货物列车(编组46辆)运行至北京局京九线枣强站至大营镇站K304+407m处,因机后8位P62NK3318497基础制动装置配件安装位置错误导致车辆抱闸,构成铁路交通一般D类事故(D10)。OnApril11,2013CD10811cargotrain(formation46cars)runningtotheBeijingBureauBeijing-KowloonlineZaoqiangstationtoDayingzhenstationK304+407m,duetotherearofthemachine8positionP62NK3318497basebrakedeviceaccessoriesinstalledinthewrongpositionledtothevehicleholdingthebrake,constitutingarailroadtrafficgeneralDaccident(D10).事故原因Causeoftheaccident事故教训Lessonsfromaccidents郑州铁路职业技术学院案例二:地板破损导致甩车Case2:Brokenfloorboardsleadtodumping车辆临修质量不高,临修后仍然有地板破损;野蛮装车对地板造成进一步损坏。Theaccidentisthatthequalityoftemporaryrepairofthevehicleisnothigh,andthefloorisstilldamagedaftertemporaryrepair.Roughloadingcausedfurtherdamagetothefloor.一是临修质量卡控不到位;二是违规野蛮装卸问题突出且造成车辆损坏问题后隐瞒不报;三是车务部门对装车过程未进行监控。First,thequalitycardcontroloftemporaryrepairisnotinplace;Second,theproblemofillegalandbrutalhandlingisprominentandtheproblemofvehicledamageisconcealed;Third,thevehicledepartmentdidnotmonitortheloadingprocess.2016年4月26日4时02分,79043次货物列车(编组45辆)运行至乌鲁木齐局南疆线库尔勒站内,因机后28位P703800445地板破损570x400mm甩车处理,构成铁路交通一般D类事故(D10)。Attwopastfouro’clockonAprilyeartwenty-sixteen,numbersevenninezerofourthreecargoroadtrain(fortyfiveunits)ranintoKorlaStationofNanjiangLineofUrumqiBureau.DuetothedamageofPsevenzerothreeeightzerozerofo
