石油和液体石油产品罐内密度直接
测量谐振筒密度计法
1范围
本文件规定了通过谐振筒密度计直接测量罐内油品密度对准确度、测量条件和测量方法的一般要
求,并按便携式电子密度计和油罐自动密度计两种设备形式规定了测量步骤和/或安装要求以及校准和
检验方法。
本文件适用于常压罐内雷德蒸气压小于100kPa并具有足够流动性的单相液体石油及其产品,其他
符合要求的类似产品参照执行。
本文件适用于在库存和交接计量中测量密度。
本文件不适用于在带压罐和冷冻罐内测量密度。
注1:对可测量密度的多功能电子计量装置,当基于谐振筒密度计的相同原理时,密度测量部分等同于谐振筒
密度计。
注2:谐振筒密度计一般适用于未结蜡的低黏度液体石油产品,对于黏稠的液体原油和石油产品,如原油、润滑油
和残渣燃料油等,可能难以使用。制造商通常在使用手册上给出了其适用液体的最大黏度。
