4.DutiesandObligationsofthePrincipal:

b.ThePrincipalshallpromptlyreimbursetheAgentforallreasonableexpensesincurredintheperformanceofitsduties;

c.ThePrincipalshallnotassignitsrightsandobligationsunderthisAgreementwithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheAgent.
