变形缝，是由于考虑结构不均匀受力和混凝土结构胀缩而设置允许变形的缝隙，是防水处理的难点，也是结构自防水的薄弱环节，变形缝设计缝宽为20-30mm。防水材料：橡塑钢片止水带、双组分聚硫橡胶、四油两布双组分聚氨酯、聚苯板、EVA防水砂浆等，结构中间埋入钢边橡胶止水带，止水带两侧分别用聚苯乙烯泡沫板填充。Deformationjointisajointthatallowsdeformationduetoconsideringtheunevenstressofthestructureandtheexpansionandcontractionoftheconcretestructure.Itisnotonlythedifficultyofwaterprooftreatment,butalsotheweaklinkofstructuralselfwaterproof.Thedesignjointwidthofdeformationjointis20-30mm.Waterproofmaterials:Rubberandplasticsteelstripsealingbelt,twocomponentpolysulfiderubber,fouroiltwoclothtwocomponentpolyurethane,polystyreneboard,EVAwaterproofmortar,etc.thestructureisembeddedwithsteeledgerubberwaterstop,andbothsidesofthewaterstoparefilledwithpolystyrenefoamboardrespectively.具体操作方法：用特制钢筋箍加紧橡塑钢片止水带，使其准确居中，在封口处开宽90mm，深35mm的槽，具体与缝交接处放双组分聚硫橡胶，其余部分填聚苯板。在嵌双组分聚硫橡胶前，将缝两边基面的表面松动物及浮渣等凿除，清扫干净，并用砂浆找平，使其与变形缝两侧黏结牢固。槽体的槽帮涂四油两布双组分聚氨酯，槽体填EVA防水砂浆。Specificoperationmethod:Therubberplasticsteelsheetwater-stopshallbetightenedwithaspecialreinforcementhooptomakeitaccuratelycentered.Agroovewithawidthof90mmandadepthof35mmshallbeopenedattheseal.Specifically,two-componentpolysulfiderubbershallbeplacedatthejointwiththejoint,andtherestshallbefilledwithpolystyreneboard.Beforeembeddingthetwo-componentpolysulfiderubber,chiselawaythelooseanimalsandscumonthesurfaceofthebasesurfaceonbothsidesofthejoint,cleanit,andlevelitwithmortartomakeitfirmlybondedtobothsidesofthedeformationjoint.Thegroovesideofthetankbodyiscoatedwithfouroilsandtwoclothtwo-componentpolyurethane,andthetankbodyisfilledwithEVAwaterproofmortar.二、变形缝防水措施

施工质量保证措施：

1.保证施工缝粘贴止水条处混凝土表面光滑、平整、干净，施工凿毛时不被破坏。

2.止水条的安装确保“密贴、牢固、混凝土浇筑前无膨胀失效”，使用氯丁胶粘贴，并加钢钉固定，接头用氯丁胶斜面粘贴紧密。

3.止水带的安装确保“居中、平顺、牢固、无裂口脱胶”并在浇筑混凝土的过程中注意随时检查，防止止水带移位、卷曲。塑料止水带接头采取焊接。Constructionqualityassurancemeasures:1.Ensurethattheconcretesurfacewheretheconstructionjointispastedwiththewaterstopissmooth,flatandclean,andwillnotbedamagedduringconstructionchiseling.2.Thewaterstopshallbeinstalledtoensurethatitis"closeandfirm,andthereisnoexpansionfailurebeforeconcretepouring".Itshallbepastedwithneopreneglueandfixedwithsteelnails.Thejointshallbepastedtightlywithneopreneinclinedplane.3.Theinstallationofwater-stopshallbe"centered,smooth,firmandfreefromcrackanddegumming",andshallbeinspectedatanytimeduringconcretepouringtopreventdisplacementandcurlingofwater-stop.Plasticwater-stopjointsshallbewelded.二、变形缝防水措施

施工质量保证措施：

4.各种贯通的施工缝、变形缝的止水条、止水带的安装确保形成全封闭的防水网。

5.灌注混凝土前，先将混凝土基面充填凿毛，并清洗干净，采用手工凿毛时，对施工缝的清洗必须彻底，必要时用钢刷刷干净。

6.混凝土浇筑时，确保新旧混凝土结合良好，使混凝土结合处有20-30mm厚的水泥砂浆。水平施工缝可以先铺设厚20-30mm的混凝土等强度的防水砂浆。Constructionqualityassurancemeasures:4.TheinstallationofwaterstopsandWater-stopsofvariousthroughconstructionjointsanddeformationjointsshallensuretheformationofafullyclosedwaterproofnet.5.Beforepouringconcrete,theconcretebasesurfaceshallbefilledandroughenedandcleaned.Whenmanualrougheningisadopted,theconstructionjointmustbecleanedthoroughly,andsteelbrushshallbeusedifnecessary.6.Duringconcretepouring,ensurethatthenewandoldconcretearewellcombined,sothatthereis20-30mmthickcementmortarattheconcretejoint.Thehorizontalconstructionjointcanbepavedwith20-30mmthickconcreteandwaterproofmortarwithequalstrength.二、变形缝防水措施
