2.GuaranteeAmount

TheGuarantorherebyguaranteestotheLenderanamountof[GuaranteeAmount]inrespectofthePrincipal'sobligationsundertheLoanAgreement.TheGuaranteeAmountshallberepayableupontheoccurrenceofaDefaultbythePrincipal.

3.GuaranteeTerm

4.ConditionsofGuarantee

5.Release

6.EntireAgreement

ThisAgreementconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthepartiesheretowithrespecttothesubjectmatterhereofandsupersedesallprioragreements,understandings,andnegotiations,whetherwrittenororal,betweenthem.

7.GoverningLaw

ThisAgreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[ApplicableJurisdiction].

5.Principal'sRightsandInterests

6.Principal'sObligations
