3.SalaryandBenefits

4.WorkingHoursandRest

5.1TheEmployeeagreestokeepconfidentialallbusinesssecretsandtradesecretsoftheCompanyduringandafterthetermofthisContract.

5.2UpontheterminationofthisContract,theEmployeeshallnotengageinanybusinessactivitiesthatarecompetitivewiththeCompanyforaperiodof[Non-CompetePeriod]fromthedateoftermination.

6.TerminationandResignation

6.1EitherpartymayterminatethisContractuponwrittennoticetotheotherparty,inaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthelawsandregulationsofthePeople'sRepublicofChina.

6.2TheEmployeemayresignfromtheCompanybygiving[NoticePeriod]days'writtennoticetotheEmployer.

7.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution

7.1ThisContractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsofthePeople'sRepublicofChina.

7.2AnydisputesarisingfromorinconnectionwiththisContractshallbesettledthroughfriendlynegotiationbetweentheEmployerandtheEmployee.Ifthepartiesfailtoreachanagreementthroughnegotiation,thedisputeshallbesubmittedtothepeople'scourthavingjurisdictionovertheEmployer'splaceofbusinessfortrial.

8.Miscellaneous

8.1ThisContractconstitutestheentireagreementbetweentheEmployerandtheEmployeewithrespecttothesubjectmatterhereofandsupersedesallprioragreements,negotiations,andunderstandings,whetherwrittenororal.

8.2AnyamendmentormodificationofthisContractshallbemadeinwritingandexecutedbybothparties.

8.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution
