定起草。
本文件等同采用ISO10880:2017《无损检测红外热成像检测总则》。

本文件由全国无损检测标准化技术委员会(SAC/TC56)提出并归口。

引言
随着热成像技术的显著发展,红外热成像检测在无损检测(NDT)中的工业应用日益增长。红外热
成像检测的有效性取决于适当且正确的测试方法。本文件的目的是提供红外热成像检测的总则,以促进
工业无损检测方法的正确有效应用,如电力设备、建筑物、仪器仪表和工业材料等领域。

1范围
本文件规定了工业无损检测(NDT)领域中红外热成像检测的通用原则。
2规范性引用文件
下列文件中的内容通过文中的规范性引用而构成本文件必不可少的条款。其中,注日期的引用文

3术语和定义
ISO10878界定的术语和定义适用于本文件。
4红外热成像检测人员
负责实施红外热成像检测(TT)的操作人员应符合以下要求:
a)红外热成像检测人员应满足ISO9712规定的具备红外测量和工程传热学基本知识的要求;
b)红外热成像检测人员应满足ISO9712规定的视力和色觉的要求。
5红外热成像检测设备
5.1红外热像仪
不同的红外热像仪具有不同的性质和功能,如红外探测器的类型、空间分辨率(瞬时视场、有效像
素)、温度范围、温度分辨率、温度准确性、单帧采集时间、曝光时间、检测波长范围、冷却方式、扫
描方式、光学照片显示和记录功能。应确保使用的红外热像仪具有合适的性质和功能,并在合适温度下
进行标定以满足测试要求。
