--女HR,名字叫ALICE类似於J,太吵了，在食堂外面面的J试，听不大清晰，

不过感觉是个很不错的HR,相称nice

……这个必然要准备的。我就直接给背出来了

----这是一类问题口勺，还是需要点准备；这个最faini,我居然只能想起我们家乡

的面条有名了。。估计是由于买了拌饭，还想吃学苑的面条导致我耿耿于怀

……这个也得想一下。。。

5,what'syourhobby...?whatdoyoulikedoinginyoursparelime?

基本就是这些问题了，其实还是很简朴的J,华为的英文面每一次都是基本相似的J问题。。。电

话10分钟左右，英语交谈U勺时间估计是8分钟左右，估计本来有更多问题的，不过我每个问

题都debodebo说了一大堆，估计HR也无语了，目前觉得自己是不是有点说多了，我一用英

语交谈就很激动。。。sigh。。。

最终HR给了我提议，说我口勺英语很smooth,不过发音chinglish”要多和外国人联络发音才

可以standard...这样日勺话英语就perfectYooo这是在安慰我呢。。。

我为各位整顿出英文面试最常见的五大问题，并且提醒各位某些问答H勺技巧，但愿大家能

针对这些问题多演习，当成练习英文面试日勺重点。

问题一：Couldyoupleasedescribeyourself?（能否请你形容一下自己？）

这个问题，一来是想要理解你是什么样I向人，二来是想看看你与否懂得怎样重点式地自我简

介。在回答时，要针对应征工作的性质来凸显自己日勺特色，可以多用形容词，并且引用过

去的工作经验，不过不必提及企业组织的名称，再者，你还可以谈谈未来的生涯规画；但假

如你是个社会新鲜人，就可以谈谈在校时的丰功伟业。比方说，今天你打算去应征行销的

雇主问此问题，但愿你试图证明自己是最佳人选，并且测试你与否熟悉应征职务H勺工作内容。

回答时，要迎合该企业对该职务的期望，不过牢记别给人狂妄自大的I印象。假设你今天要

应征机械工程口勺工作，你就可以说：IthinkIamsuitableforthepositionznotonlybe

此时，雇主想理解你的学习能力，以及你有爱好H勺专业课程与否跟工作扯得上边；此外，个

人在求学过程H勺好恶，会反应在不一样的工作岗位上。回答时，一定要表达自己以好学著

称，喜欢学习新知，尤其是与应征工作有关的课程。假如你今天要应征会计的工作，你就可

以回答Statistics,accountingandcalculusweremyfavoritesubjectsbecauseIamg

oodatcrunchingnumbers.（记录、会计与微积分是我最爱慕的科目，由于我对于计算复

杂的数字很在行。）

问题四:Whatdoyouthinkareyourgreateststrengthsandweaknesses?（你自认自

己最大的优劣势分别为何？）

雇主问这样的问题，意在探知你与否有足够的自我认知，以及你与否是该职务H勺不二人选。

在回答时，分寸的拿捏很重要，由于谈及优势时.，不但愿自己听起来骄傲；相反地，把自

己的缺陷一一点出，又显得自己无能。我提议各位，不要否认自己有缺陷，你可以提出一

两个与工作无关口勺缺陷，再加上与职务息息有关的优势。比方说你可以回答：Mygreates

否可以评析自己日勺能力。当回答这个问题时，一定要针对应征工作的特点以及需要作答，这

样企业才会认为你对他们是有裨益H勺。假设你今天要应征客服人员的工作，你就可以回答

得你与否是真心诚意地但愿替该企业服务。假如一位潜在员工可以体现十足/、J向心力，乐意

奉献，得到录取的机率相对就会提高。在到任何企业面试之前，一定要事前作好功课，对

应征的企业、与工作内容要非常清晰。提醒各位一点，假如你之因此想要某个职位，是由于

薪水非常高，千万别在回答时提到这一点，省得雇主会认为你眼中只有钱。你可以这样回答:
