鉴于甲方是在中国注册成立的公司，拥有出口货物的合法权利；乙方是[买方所在国家]注册成立的公司，有意向购买甲方出口的货物。双方本着平等互利的原则，经过友好协商，达成如下合同条款：

第一条合同标的

1.1甲方同意出售，乙方同意购买附件一中所述的货物（以下简称“货物”），具体货物名称、规格、数量、单价及总价详见附件一。

第二条价格条款

2.1货物的价格为FOB[装运港]，即离岸价格，包括货物的出厂价、包装费、运输至装运港的费用以及按照中国海关规定应缴纳的出口税。

第三条质量保证

3.1甲方保证所提供的货物符合附件一中所述的质量标准，并且货物在装运时是全新的、未使用过的，并且符合合同规定的规格和性能要求。

第四条包装要求

4.1甲方应按照乙方的要求或行业标准对货物进行包装，确保货物在运输过程中的安全。

第五条装运

5.1甲方应在合同生效后[具体天数]天内完成货物的装运，并及时通知乙方装运详情。

第六条支付条款

Article2PriceTerms

Article3QualityAssurance

Article4PackagingRequirements

4.1PartyAshallpackagethegoodsaccordingtotherequirementsofPartyBorindustrystandardstoensurethesafetyofthegoodsduringtransportation.

Article5Shipment
