b.TheTourOperatormaycancelthisContractatanytimepriortothedeparturedate.Insuchcases,theTravelershallbeentitledtoafullrefundofthetotalpaymentreceivedbytheTourOperator.

4.ForceMajeure

a.Intheeventofunforeseencircumstancesbeyondthereasonablecontroloftheparties,suchasnaturaldisasters,politicalunrest,orwar,eitherpartymayterminatethisContractwithoutliability.

b.IftheterminationofthisContractisduetoforcemajeure,thepartiesshallnegotiateingoodfaithtoreachanagreementonthereasonablecompensationforthelossesincurredbytheaffectedparty.

5.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution

c.TheThirdPartyshallberesponsibleforensuringthattheservicesprovidedbytheTourOperatormeetthePrincipal’sexpectationsandcomplywiththetermsofthisContract.

3.Principal’sRightsandObligations

a.ThePrincipalhastherighttorequestchangestothePackagepriortothedeparturedate,providedsuchchangesarefeasibleandagreeduponbytheTourOperatorandtheThirdParty.

b.ThePrincipalhastherighttocancelthePackageatanytime,inwhichcasetheapplicablecancellationpolicyassetforthinthisContractshallapply.

c.ThePrincipalshallpaytheTourOperatorandtheThirdPartyinaccordancewiththepaymenttermsagreeduponinthisContract.

d.ThePrincipalshallprovideaccurateandcompleteinformationregardingthetravelers’needsandpreferencestotheTourOperatorandtheThirdParty.

4.Principal’sRightsandBenefits

a.ThePrincipalshallreceiveacomprehensivetravelinsurancepolicycoveringthePackage,asagreeduponwiththeThirdParty.

b.ThePrincipalshallhaveaccesstoadedicatedcustomerservicehotlineforassistancewithanyissuesthatmayariseduringthetrip.

c.ThePrincipalshallbeentitledtoadiscountonanyfuturetravelpackagesarrangedthroughtheThirdParty.

5.TourOperator’sRightsandObligations

a.TheTourOperatorshallprovidethePrincipalwithallnecessaryinformationregardingthePackage,includingtheitinerary,servicesincluded,andanyadditionalcostsorfees.

b.TheTourOperatorshallensurethatallservicesprovidedareofhighqualityandmeetthestandardssetforthinthisContract.

6.ThirdParty’sRightsandObligations
