taffecttheperformanceofthiscontract,thepartiesshallpromptlyconsultandmakeappropriateadjustmentstothetermsofthiscontract.13.3合同附件Theattachmentstothiscontractshallbeanintegralpartofthiscontractandshallhavethesamelegaleffectasthemainbodyofthiscontract.第十四条合同的签署与备案14.1合同签署Thiscontractshallbesignedtheauthorizedrepresentativesofbothparties.14.2合同备案Afterthesigningofthiscontract,thepartiesshallsubmitthesignedoriginalcontractanditsattachmentstotherelevantauthoritiesforregistrationand备案withinthetimelimitspecifiedintherelevantregulations.第二部分：第三方介入后的修正1.第三方概念界定Forthepurposesofthiscontract,a"ThirdParty"referstoanyindividual,entity,ororganizationthatisnottheContractingPartyAorContractingPartyB,andisinvolvedintheperformanceofthiscontract.2.第三方介入的情形TheThirdPartymaybeinvolvedintheperformanceofthiscontractinthefollowingcircumstances:(1)Asaconsultant,advisor,orexpertprovidingprofessionalservices;(2)Asasupplierorsubcontractorprovidingmaterialsorservices;(3)Asapaymentintermediaryorescrowagentfacilitatingthepaymentprocess;(4)Asaninspector,supervisor,orauditoroverseeingtheperformanceofthecontract;(5)AsalegalentityorindividualauthorizedtheContractingPartyAorContractingPartyBtoperformcertainobligationsunderthiscontract.3.第三方责任限额TheThirdParty'sliabilityunderthiscontractshallbelimitedtotheextentspecifiedinthiscontractorasagreedtheContractingPartyAandContractingPartyBinwriting.TheThirdPartyshallnotbeliableforanyindirect,incidental,orconsequentialdamagesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththeperformanceofthiscontract.4.第三方义务与责任TheThirdPartyshallperformitsobligationsunderthiscontractinaccordancewiththetermsandconditionssetforthinthiscontract.TheThirdPartyshallberesponsibleforanybreachofcontractordefaultintheperformanceofitsobligations,andshallindemnifytheinjuredpartyforthecorrespondinglosses.5.第三方与甲乙方的关系TherelationshipbetweentheThirdPartyandtheContractingPartyAorContractingPartyBshallbegovernedthetermsofthiscontract.TheThirdPartyshallnothaveanydirectlegalrelationshipwiththeotherpartyunlessspecifiedotherwiseinthiscontract.6.第三方介入的附加条款IntheeventofThirdPartyinvolvement,thefollowingadditionaltermsandconditionsshallapply:(2)TheThirdPartyshallberequiredtomaintaininsurancecoverageinanamountandscopesufficienttocoveritsliabilityunderthiscontract;(4)TheThirdPartyshallberequiredtomaintainconfidentialityofallconfidentialinformationprovidedtheContractingPartyAorContractingPartyB,inaccordancewiththeconfidentialityprovisionsofthiscontract.7.第三方与甲方、乙方的划分说明TheThirdPartyshallberesponsibleforitsownactsandomissions,andshallnotbedeemedtobeanagent,employee,orrepresentativeoftheContractingPartyAorContractingPartyB,unlessexpresslystatedotherwiseinthiscontract.TheContractingPartyAandContractingPartyBshallnotbeliableforanyactsoromissionsoftheThirdParty,excepttotheextentprovidedinthiscontract.8.第三方介入的变更与解除AnychangeorterminationoftheinvolvementoftheThirdPartyintheperformanceofthiscontractshallbesubjecttotheagreementoftheContractingPartyAandContractingPartyB,andshallbedocumentedinwriting.9.第三方介入的争议解决IntheeventofanydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththeinvolvementoftheThirdPartyintheperformanceofthiscontract,the争议shallberesolvedinaccordancewiththedisputeresolutionprovisionsofthiscontract.10.第三方介入的违约处理IntheeventofabreachofcontractordefaulttheThirdParty,theinjuredpartyshallhavetherighttoclaimdamagesinaccordancewiththerelevantprovisionsofthiscontract.TheinjuredpartymayalsorequesttheterminationoftheThirdParty'sinvolvementintheperformanceofthiscontract,andtheThirdPartyshallbeliableforthecorrespondingdamages.11.第三方介入的权益保护12.第三方介入的保密义务TheThirdPartyshallberequiredtomaintaintheconfidentialityofallconfidentialinformationprovidedtheContractingPartyAorContractingPartyB,inaccordancewiththeconfidentialityprovisionsofthiscontract.TheThirdPartyshallnotuseordisclosesuchconfidentialinformationforanypurposeotherthantheperformanceofitsob
