GB/T23106—2024/IEC61855:2022
前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T23106—2008《家用和类似用途毛发护理器具的性能测试方法》,与GB/T23106—
2008相比,除结构调整和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:
——增加了风量、负离子干发器的负离子浓度、直发器的拉力、使用寿命试验的测试方法(见5.5、
5.7、5.8和5.10);
——更改了加热时间、温度、干燥速率、跌落试验等测试方法(见5.3、5.4、5.6和5.9,2008年版的
6.4、6.5、6.7和6.9)。
本文件等同采用IEC61855:2022《家用和类似用途毛发护理器具性能测试方法》。
本文件做了下列最小限度的编辑性改动:
——纳入IEC61855:2022/COR1:2024技术勘误的干燥速率确定的有关内容;
——调整了5.5的结构,增加了条标题及公式编号;
——为便于标准的理解与使用,删除了不符合我国国情的注,增加或更改了部分注;
——删除了资料性附录B“供应商地址”。

1范围
本文件适用于家用和类似用途的毛发干燥和成型器具(包括它们的附件)。
本文件确定了用户感兴趣的主要性能特性并描述了这些特性的测试方法。
注1:适用于本文件的器具有:
——干发器;
——卷发器;
——直发器。
本文件不规定性能要求。
本文件不涉及安全要求(IEC60335⁃2⁃23)。
本文件不适用于电理发剪和修发器。
注2:关于电理发剪和修发器的性能测试方法标准,见IEC62863。
