前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规

定起草。

本文件代替GB/T14020—2006《氢化松香》,与GB/T14020—2006相比,除结构调整和编辑性

改动外,主要技术变化如下:

—增加了氢化松香的术语和定义(见3.1),删除了普通氢化松香和高度氢化松香的术语和定义

(见2006年版的3.1、3.2);

—增加了超高度氢化松香的技术指标(见表1);

—颜色测定增加了加纳比色,删除了玻璃色块比色(见6.2.1,2006年版的表1、5.1.1);

—增加了枞酸、去氢枞酸的气相色谱测定方法(见6.8);

—删除了氧吸收量的技术指标和测定方法(见2006年版的表1、5.7)。

1范围

本文件规定了氢化松香的技术要求,描述了相应的取样、试验方法,并规定了检验规则、包装、标

志、运输、贮存的要求。

本文件适用于氢化松香的生产、贸易、流通。

3术语和定义

下列术语和定义适用于本文件。

3.1

氢化松香hydrogenatedrosin

以脂松香为原料,在一定温度和压力下,采用钯/炭等加氢催化剂,使松香树脂酸的双键部分或全

部被氢饱和而制得的一种无定形透明固体。

注:主要化学成分是二氢树脂酸和四氢树脂酸,分子式为C20H32O2和C20H34O2。

4技术要求

氢化松香的技术指标应符合表1的要求。
