冻结表示变更相关工作已经暂时停止了Rejected:拒绝SendsachangerecordfromExecutionbacktoCommitmentforfurtheractivity

将变更记录从执行转回承诺，等待进一步处理ACommitmentsignoffcycleusermustaccepttherejectionforthechangerecordtobeputbackintotheCommitmentcycle承诺阶段的用户要接受拒绝才能让变更记录回到承诺状态Superseded:放弃IndicatesarejectionduringtheExecutionphasewasaccepted表面变更记录在执行阶段被拒绝了ArevisionofthechangerecordiscreatedonacceptanceandtheoriginalchangerecordisgivenasubstatusofSuperseded需要创建一个新版本的变更记录，原变更记录处在被放弃状态ClickSpecialInstrintheHeaderfunctionpanel.点击抬头功能栏的特殊指令ChangeRecordHeader变更记录抬头
