**TenancyAgreement**

ThisTenancyAgreement(the"Agreement")ismadeandenteredintoasof[InsertDate],byandbetween[LandlordName],hereinafterreferredtoasthe"Landlord,"and[TenantName],hereinafterreferredtoasthe"Tenant."

**1.LeasedPremises**

TheLandlordherebyleasestotheTenantandtheTenantherebyleasesfromtheLandlord,thefollowingdescribedpremises(the"Premises"):

**2.TermofLease**

ThetermofthisLeaseshallcommenceon[InsertStartDate]andshallexpireon[InsertEndDate].TheTenantshallhavetherighttooccupythePremisescommencingontheStartDate.

**3.Rent**

TheLandlordshallberesponsibleforthemaintenanceandrepairofthePremisesanditsstructuralcomponents.TheTenantshallberesponsibleforthemaintenanceandrepairofthePremisesincluding,butnotlimitedto,painting,plumbing,andappliancerepair.

**7.Insurance**

TheTenantshallobtainandmaintainduringtheTermofLease,insurancecoverageinanamountnotlessthan[InsertMinimumCoverageAmount]forliabilityandpropertydamage,withtheLandlordnamedasanadditionalinsured.

**8.Subletting**

TheTenantshallnotsubletthePremiseswithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord.

**9.Termination**
