ContractofEmployment

Parties:

1.Employer:[Employer'sName],hereinafterreferredtoas"Employer".

2.Employee:[Employee'sName],hereinafterreferredtoas"Employee".

Objective:

ThisContractofEmployment(the"Contract")setsforththetermsandconditionsoftheemploymentrelationshipbetweentheEmployerandtheEmployee.TheEmployeragreestoemploytheEmployeeandtheEmployeeagreestoacceptemploymentwiththeEmployeronthetermsandconditionssetforthherein.

DurationofEmployment:

1.TheEmployee'semploymentwiththeEmployershallcommenceon[StartDate]andshallcontinueuntil[EndDate],unlessterminatedearlierinaccordancewiththetermsofthisContract.

2.TheEmployee'semploymentmaybeextendedbeyond[EndDate]uponmutualagreementoftheParties.

JobDutiesandResponsibilities:

1.TheEmployeeshallperformthedutiesandresponsibilitiesassociatedwiththepositionof[JobTitle]asmaybeassignedbytheEmployerfromtimetotime.

2.TheEmployeeagreestocarryouthis/herdutieswithdiligence,skill,andloyalty,andtocomplywithallreasonableinstructionsgivenbytheEmployer.

Compensation:

1.TheEmployeeshallreceiveasalaryof[SalaryAmount]perannum,payablemonthly/bi-weekly/weekly,subjecttoapplicabledeductionsandwithholdings.

2.TheEmployeemaybeeligibleforadditionalbenefits,includingbutnotlimitedtohealthinsurance,retirementcontributions,andpaidtimeoff,asdeterminedbytheEmployerandinaccordancewithapplicablelawsandregulations.

TerminationofEmployment:

1.EitherPartymayterminatethisContractatanytimewithorwithoutcause,uponwrittennoticegiventotheotherPartyasfollows:

a.FortheEmployer:[NoticePeriod]days'writtennotice.

b.FortheEmployee:[NoticePeriod]days'writtennotice,or[NoticePeriod]weeks'payinlieuofnotice,atthediscretionoftheEmployee.

2.TheEmployermayalsoterminatetheEmployee'semploymentimmediatelyforcause,asdefinedinthisContract,subjecttotheapplicablenoticeperiodorpaymentinlieuofnotice.

ConfidentialityandNon-Disclosure:

1.TheEmployeeagreestomaintainstrictconfidentialitywithrespecttoallconfidentialinformationoftheEmployer,excepttotheextentthatsuchinformationisrequiredtobedisclosedbyapplicablelawsandregulations.

2.TheEmployeeshallnotuseanyconfidentialinformationforanypurposeotherthantheperformanceofhis/herdutiesunderthisContract,andshallnotdisclosesuchinformationtoanythirdpartywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheEmployer.

GoverningLawandJurisdiction:

ThisContractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[Country/State],andanydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisContractshallbesubjecttotheexclusivejurisdictionofthecourtsof[Country/State].

EntireAgreement:

ThisContractconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthePartieswithrespecttothesubjectmatterhereofandsupersedesallprioragreements,understandings,andnegotiations,
