前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规

定起草。

本文件代替GB/T15688—2008《动植物油脂不溶性杂质含量的测定》,与GB/T15688—2008相比,

除结构调整和编辑性改动外,主要技术内容变化如下:

a)增加了不适用范围(见第1章)。

本文件等同采用ISO663:2017《动植物油脂不溶性杂质含量的测定》。

请注意本文件的某些内容可能涉及专利。本文件的发布机构不承担识别专利的责任。

本文件由国家粮食和物资储备局提出。

本文件由全国粮油标准化技术委员会(SAC/TC270)归口。

本文件起草单位:武汉市标准化研究院、武汉食品化妆品检验所、武汉轻工大学、益海嘉里金龙鱼

动植物油脂不溶性杂质含量的测定

1范围

本文件描述了动植物油脂中不溶性杂质含量的测定方法。

本文件适用于动植物油脂。如果皂类(特别是钙皂)或氧化脂肪酸不作为不溶性杂质含量进行计

算,采用不同的溶剂和操作方法,使不溶性杂质含量的测定符合相关要求。

本文件不适用于乳及乳制品(指从乳及乳制品中提炼的油脂)。

3术语和定义

下列术语和定义适用于本文件。

3.1

不溶性杂质含量insolubleimpuritiescontent

在本文件规定的条件下不溶于正己烷或石油醚的物质及外来杂质的量。

注1:含量用质量分数表示。

注2:这些杂质包括机械杂质、矿物质、碳水化合物、含氮化合物、各种树脂、钙皂、氧化脂肪酸、脂肪酸内酯和

(部分)碱皂、羟基脂肪酸及其甘油酯等。

4原理

用过量正己烷或石油醚溶解试样,对所得溶液进行过滤。再用同样的溶剂冲洗残留物和滤纸,使其

在103℃下干燥至恒重。

5试剂

警示─应采用处理危险品的操作规则,遵循各种技术、组织及个人的安全措施。
