前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规

定起草。

本文件代替GB/T17727—2017《船用法兰非金属垫片》,与GB/T17727—2017相比,除结构调

整和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:

a)增加了材料为柔性石墨复合板、膨体聚四氟乙烯的垫片材料及适用范围(见表1);

b)更改了材料的代号和使用温度范围(见表1,2017年版的表1);

c)更改了产品标记(见4.4,2017年版的3.4);

d)删除了垫片强度性能要求和试验方法(见2017年版的4.2和5.2);

e)增加了垫片密封性,阻燃和耐火性能要求和试验方法(见5.2、5.3、5.4、6.2、6.3、6.4);

f)增加了运输要求(见8.3);

g)更改了贮存要求(见8.4,2017年版的第7章)。

1范围

本文件描述了船用法兰非金属垫片(以下简称垫片)的分类和标记、试验方法,规定了性能要求、

检验规则,以及标志、包装、运输和贮存要求。

本文件适用于船舶管路系统及其附件法兰连接用非金属垫片的设计、制造和验收。
