前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T5590—2008《矿用防爆低压电磁起动器》,与GB/T5590—2008相比,除结构
调整和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:
—更改了范围(见第1章,2008年版的第1章);
—删除了先导回路的术语和定义(见2008年版的3.1.1);
—删除了代号的规定(见2008年版的3.3);
—增加了风机用起动器、隔爆型起动器、隔爆兼本质安全型起动器、其他防爆型式起动器的分类
(见4.1);
—更改了使用类别要求(见5.2,2008年版的5.7);
—更改了控制电路要求(见5.3,2008年版的5.9);
—更改了保护功能要求(见5.5.2,2008年版的6.5);
—更改了机械环境条件要求(见表2,2008年版的表2);
—增加了通用要求(见7.1);
—更改了结构要求(见7.2.1,2008年版的8.1.1);
—更改了主腔内电气间隙(见表3,2008年版的表3);
—更改了本质安全结构要求(见7.2.1.14,2008年版的8.1.7、8.1.8);
—更改了温升要求(见7.3.1,2008年版的8.2.1);

矿用防爆低压电磁起动器
1范围
本文件规定了矿用防爆低压电磁起动器的分类与命名、特性、正常工作条件和技术要求,描述了相
应的试验方法,规定了检验规则以及标志、包装、运输和贮存要求。
本文件适用于煤矿井下,在额定频率50Hz,电压1140V及以下的线路中,控制三相鼠笼型异步电
动机就地或远距离起动和停止、反转和双速,同时对电动机及有关电路进行保护的矿用防爆低压电磁起
动器(以下简称“起动器”)的设计、制造与检验。
本文件有关过载保护的条款(见7.3.10和8.2.12)不适用于装入电动机内部的埋入式过热保护
装置。
