前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T23576—2009《抛喷丸设备通用技术条件》,与GB/T23576—2009相比,除
结构调整和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:
a)增加了“术语和定义”一章(见第3章);
b)增加了“加工、装配和外观质量”要求(见4.2);
c)更改了“电气系统”要求,增加了数控系统的规定(见4.10,2009年版的3.1.2);
d)删除了“油缸、气缸内部清洁度”的规定(见2009年版的3.1.12),增加了“液压、气动系
统”的规定(见4.11.3、4.11.4);
e)增加了“安全要求”(见4.12);
f)更改了“空运转试验要求”“负荷运转试验要求”的相关规定(见4.13、4.14,2009年版的
3.9);
g)增加了外购配套件和编制要求的规定(见4.15.2),更改了“随机技术文件”要求(见
4.15.3,2009年版的3.1.19);
h)删除了“清洁度的测定”(见2009年版的4.3),增加了“每组叶片硬度差的测定”“空运转试
验”和“负荷运转试验”(见5.4、5.7、5.8);
i)增加了机器标牌的要求(见7.2、7.3、7.4)、机器贮存过程中的要求(见7.9);
j)将“弧高度曲线”更改为“弧高度饱和曲线”,更改了“抛喷丸强度表示方法”和“抛喷丸强
度检测装置”的规定(见A.2~A.4,2009年版的A.1~A.3);
k)更改了试片选用的要求(见A.5,2009年版的A.4、A.5);
l)更改了抛喷丸强度测定的要求(见A.6.2,2009年版的A.6.2)。

1范围
本文件规定了抛喷丸设备的技术要求,描述了相应的试验方法,规定了检验规则、标志、包装、运
输和贮存。
本文件适用于抛喷丸设备的制造。
