8.1.Eachhouseholdisresponsibleforthemaintenance,repair,andanylegalobligationsrelatedtotheirdesignatedsection.

8.2.Costsassociatedwithsharedfacilitiesorareaswillbedividedproportionallybasedonthelandareaorasagreedallparties.

9.DisputeResolution

9.1.Anydisputesarisingfromthisagreementwillfirstberesolvedthroughnegotiationandmediation.

9.2.Ifmediationfails,disputeswillbesubmittedtothelocalcourtorarbitrationbodyforresolution.
