本科论文沈阳城市学院毕业设计(论文)目录TOC\o"1-2"\h\z\u20481摘要 [20]。分水器是为了帮助空调区的流量调节和分配,也有利于系统的维护和运行。在选择集、分水器时,应能使通过集管的水量保持在0.5~0.8m/s范围内流动。集分水器通常选择管径在DN200~DN500范围内的无缝钢管。本设计中选用的是管径为DN200的无缝钢管。10.3安装阀门球阀、截止阀、蝶阀等是在水系统中常用到的,阀门的选择应适应系统的承受水的压力的能力,至于阀门的型号,要保持和连接管的管径一致。如果需有规定数量的调节水流量时,选用平衡阀,它还进行测量、关闭和排放污水。阀门的设置一般在以下地点:=1\*GB2⑴每个压力表的与管子交接处;=2\*GB2⑵每个支路的出入口、排水管及排气管上;=3\*GB2⑶热交换器、加热器等的进出水管;=4\*GB2⑷手动操作的旁通阀、双通阀的两侧阀口处等。

11通风及排烟设计=1\*GB2⑴地下一层的设备机房,为了达到排风的目的应设置轴流风机,而且还要有补风机进行补风;=2\*GB2⑵在公共卫生间内应该设置吊顶式通风器,为卫生间通风换气;=3\*GB2⑶排烟口平时保持关闭状态,当有火灾信号出现时,阀门自行开启,并连带排烟风机开启;=4\*GB2⑷在地上各层的无窗房间和走道的吊顶内吊装排烟风机;=5\*GB2⑸排烟风机入口的前面,安装排烟防火阀,如果烟气温度到了一定值熔断时,阀门因此而自动关闭,并连带将排烟风机关闭;=6\*GB2⑹排烟设计时,其管道及其他附件等的制作一定选用不会燃烧的材料,排烟管道一定要注意防火、隔热,并且要与易燃烧的物质控制一定的距离,通常来说在150mm范围之外。

12管道的保温与防腐12.1管道的保温12.1.1保温目的=1\*GB2⑴让系统冷量和热量能够更有效的被利用,降低能量损失,确保空调的设计和操作;=2\*GB2⑵风道表面的温度高于或等于附近的空气温度,让表面上有露水,加速传热,同时防止和抑制腐蚀空调风管结露。12.1.2选用保温材料因为导热系数对保温材料的热工性能影响很大,导热系数小的保温材料其保温效果好。在本次设计中,保温材料选用离心玻璃棉保温管材(难燃B1级),厚度为40mm。12.1.3保温水管的厚度空气凝结水管厚度6mm,冷热水管的厚度如表12.1所示。表12.1冷热水管保温厚度水管管径保温厚度mm≤4050―100125―25035404512.2管道的防腐在本设计中,除掉非镀锌钢管表面的锈之后,需要刷防锈漆对其进行保护,如果管道采用明装,其表面需要涂银粉,如果管道是镀锌钢管,当其表面有破损时,那么破损处应先刷防锈漆再刷银粉进行保护。

13消声减震设计13.1消声设计空调系统在运行过程中,通风机、制冷机等会产生的噪声,此外,设备也会产生噪声传播到房间内,影响生活和工作环境。如果空调房间内对噪声要求高,通风系统的噪声衰减是不可缺少的。管道系统消声设计的基本原则如下:=1\*GB2⑴如果直接在机房内布置消声器,应针对其设置检修门和风管。因为主风道内的风速很大,如果消声器近距离设置在风道附近,那么必会增加噪声;=2\*GB2⑵消声器的类型多种多样,而对于消声器的选择,应按照系统需要的消声量等因素综合考虑,再根据技术经济对比情况去选定;=3\*GB2⑶消声弯头等这类消声器在消声设计中必不可少,要加以利用。13.2减震设计新风机组,通风机等需吊装搭设,采用软管连接机组与风管。为让其更稳固,隔振底座是必不可少的。将水泵,热泵机组在其上固定。隔振基座质量的决定因素取自实验数据。泵底座采用弹簧复合减振器,管路连接灵活。由于热泵机组重,基础承载力不小于运行重量的1.5倍。橡胶垫或减震器底座可直接设置在机座下方。

文献资料检索的步骤与筛选利用检索文献资料信息是一项实践性很强的过程,检索的一般步骤有以下几种。在检索完成之后,才能对文献资料进行筛选利用。文献检索是利用文献的第一步,如何将其应用在毕业设计(论文)课题研究过程中,对检索到的文献资料进行认真筛选、消化和吸收是关键。只有经过这个过程,才能达到查阅文献的真正目的一一一利用文献1、文献资料检索的步骤(1)明确检索范围从科研课题研究的中心内容和重点出发,多方面分析课题要求和问题实质,一般从三方面考虑:一是区域界限,要清楚是取得某一一问题发表过的全部文献资料,还是要掌握某一地区、某一国家对某一问题发表过的全部文献资料;二是时间范围,明确是查找某一问题在某一年限内发表过的文献资料,还是获取某一。问题从有文献记录以来的全部文献资料;三是专业范围,明确要查找什么专业的科技文献信息,比如,电子类的还是机械类的,是理论性的还是应用性的等。(2)选择检索工具检索工具有不同的分类方法,按加工文献和处理信息的手段不同分为手工检索工具和机械检索工具;按照载体形式不同分为书本式检索工具,磁带式检索工具,卡片式、缩微式、胶卷式检索工具;按照著录格式的不同可将检索工具分为以下四种类型:①目录型检索工具。目录型检索工具是记录具体出版单位、收藏单位及其他外表特征的工具。它以一个完。整的出版或收藏单位为著录单元,一般著录文献的名称、著者、文献出处等。目录的种类很多,对于文献检索来说,国家书目、联合目录、馆藏目录等尤为重要②题录型检索工具题录型检索工具是以单篇文献为基本著录单位来描述文献外表特征(如文献题名、著者姓名、文献出处等),无内容摘要,是快速报道文献信
