thataragbinnearhereighth-floorworkstationwasonfire.Sheandherco-workersimmediately

triedtoextinguishtheflames,buttheireffortsprovedfutile,andpilesoffabricignitedallover

theeighthfloor.Thefactorymanagerorderedhisemployeestounrollthefireextinguisherhose,

buttheyfounditrottedanduseless.Paniceruptedasthefirespread.

employeeswhoworkedonthetenthfloorescapedthefirebywayofthestaircasesorby
